It's something different. Today I made a lightbox, and I think I will make soon more still life photos :) Don't you think it's a bit contrastless? I can't decide it...
Various pieces of wargame terrain I've built for the game from GW based on the Lord of the Rings. The game is played with 25mm miniatures from Games Workshop.
Hang out in this cool game room. A faux finished wall with diamonds and a family crest accent the look.

Game night with my Line Sisters. Played this new monopoly game. It was ok few different rules, suppose to help move the game along faster and have a winner. I'm ok with staying up 6-7 hours playing the old winner just so I can come out the winner.

Nov. 22- Just bought a yellow school bus. Not exactly the same scale, but it won't be close to the cars in the setup.
It has been aged with brown acrylic for the yellow and matte black washes for the wheels and tires.
Six-year-old Don had a toy car with a couple of wheels missing. He put it to use by putting dents in it and scratched up the paint to make it look like it had been in an accident. I wish I still had that car. It would go on a flat bed truck on the table.
He thought at the time that kids would want cars that looked wrecked. You still can't get them. ( I'd be interested to know if any market research has been done on this question; if so, what they learned. I'm imagining acceptance from kids, but some psychological objection from experts. )

NOTE BACK TO SELF.
- dialog with my six year old self (d to D):
d- What are you doing?
D- I'm working on the color of the bus.
d- But it's already yellow.
D- But it looks too new.
d- So you're putting brown on it?
D- Yes, but i'm going to wipe most of it off. You'll see.
d- Oh, to make it look dirty.
D- Right. You know your cars, there in Southie ( South Boston ) get all dirty with all the snow-mud. Nobody's going to wash cars until the spring.
d- What about the wheels? They look too new.
D- Right. They get a wash of dark grey.
d- A wash?
D- It means the paint has water added to it.
d- Oh, yeah, we do that.

- he appears to have made a Matel car look beat up when he was a kid. )
