Playing a game we bought on the ASDA shit bin called "What's That Smell?". I'm sure we could make up our own rules, but we're gonna at least try to play by the official ones.

An early memory or dream of one of the players

Orioles Game by Richard Lippenholz at Camden Yards

This picture is from my selfie gallery from the very first football game. It's funny to see how much we have grown up since that point. It was our very first football game, and we were just learning the ropes of the cheers and songs. I felt like a buckeye then, but after all of the games and classes I have gone through, I know I am a buckeye now. The girl in the back of my photo is now my best friend, and we do everything together. It is funny how I can get to know someone and not realize how special they can become! I choose this picture initially because I thought it was fun, and a cool angle, but I choose it now because it represents so much more. A now great friendship, and now a great team going to the playoffs. This picture really makes me realize how true carmen ohio is. "Time and Change will surely show, How firm thy friendship...." We all have grown together as friends, family, and an Ohio state support system like no other. I can grow up as a buckeye, and grow stronger friendships as well.

Serbian men playing a game of chess in a park in Belgrade. I wish I could have taken a better shot of the situation, but I didn't have the courage to come out of my hiding.

Winter is definitely on its way.

Twenty glorious years.

now you ask why the nano doesn't get a few nicer buttons ..

A really fun game that I saw a few years ago that I just had to make. I don't know the name of the game but the object of the game is to get the ring off of the main part of the game and completely separate from everything else. The base was turned from a redwood burl, the square pieces from cocobolo, the beads from chakte coke, the post from african blackwood and the ring from osage orange.

Sometimes, it's more fun to go to a friend's house for game night than it is to go out to a bar or club.

The surroundings are nicer, the conversation is better (and audible), the "prices" are more affordable (unless you're bad at poker ;p), and you don't have to wait at the bar to get a drink.

The game here was Spades. (D'oh!)

Tita hosted yet another great game night last Friday, though it was bittersweet because we were all bidding farewell to Chantal. We will miss her and wish her the best.
