The Grace Dress has two bodice options and 5 variations of the skirt with varying amounts of ruffles. Four of the variations can be the perfect canvas for applique or some of the beautiful large scale prints that are available. The dress has elastic in back for a flexible fit. The straps thread through buttonholes in the bodice back to tie just above the sash bow.

The fall season of company athletics ended with the brigade championship in Functional Fitness Nov. 19 at Daly Field. Bolstered by a large contingent of supporters, the cadets from Company G-4 quickly dominated the field with the fastest team in the two-event competition. The Co. I-1 team placed second. This was the first semester in which the Department of Physical Fitness added functional fitness to its company athletics program. Photo by Mike Strasser/USMA PAO
An old Rock Island search light no longer guides traffic along the line to Waterloo, but at least it is still standing along the Iowa Northern tracks.
A NRHS Special from Cedar Rancid to Waterloo and back rolls through the dank Iowa countryside.
Cool as ice.... Do you feel the atmosphere inside the building? But I like the shadow, the lines and the hard light. Photographed inside a government building in Berlin, Germany. Thats the original photo, no work in photoshop, but I play a little bit with the camera to give a hard light.
Kühle, sachliche Atmosphäre in einem Regierungsgebäude in Berlin. Ich mag die Schatten, die Linien und das harte Licht. Rechts gibt es eine Broschürenauslage.
This body stands pretty well, no kicks traitorous falls, or needing to fiddle with the balance for years.
I'm not a connoisseur of the male sculpted body, but to me it looks prettily sculpted, with lots of nice details, and the joints manage to be functional without "disfiguring" the sculpt.

Located in Niceville, FL--just across the bridge from Destin and a short drive from Eglin Air Force Base, CrossFit Emerald Coast is not your ordinary gym. We don't have acres of shiny isolation exercise equipment, thousands of dollars worth of treadmills and elliptical machines (complete with their LCD screens or magazine racks), wall to wall mirrors, or a smoothie bar.
What we do offer is the most effective workout program possible! We are serious about real fitness. Our equipment is simple, extremely functional, and has application to daily life regardless of your occupation. Furthermore, our workouts typically last less than 25 minutes and are exceedingly more effective than spending hours doing isolation movements or trudging away on a treadmill. In fact, you will typically warm up, workout, cool down, and be on your way in less than 60 minutes! In as few as 2 sessions per week, you will quickly observe significant and quantifiable results in your fitness levels--even if you thought you were in 'good shape' when you started!
At CrossFit Emerald Coast, you will be trained by a certified personal trainer in either private sessions or in a small group during our regularly scheduled classes. No longer do you need to worry about planning your workout--we assign the WOD (Workout of the Day) to you when you arrive and help you perform it safely and effectively.
We understand you may feel intimidated about training with us--don't worry! Even though the WOD may look difficult or nearly impossible to the mere mortal, every workout is scalable to your abilities. We all have a starting place. In fact, it is not uncommon to have a 16 year old football player, a 26 year old service member, a 36 year old accountant, and a 67 year-old retiree in a class doing the exact same workout together! If you have any questions or concerns, our trainers are very experience in helping you properly and safely scale your workout. We promise those of you saying, "I could never do that!" will soon be saying, "I can't believe I just did that!" We see it all the time!
CrossFit training is hard--we won't water it down. You will be physically and mentally challenged each and every time you step through the door. However, your biggest obstacle is not our WOD--it is your motivation. The most difficult step is the first one. All you need to do is pay us a visit and we'll take it from there! True fitness requires more than a new gym membership--it is a change in lifestyle.
CrossFit will change the way you approach fitness for the rest of your life. We are ready to help you get started. Are you?

On a beechwood sideboard, there sat in state
an object whose functional equivalent
would be, in American, a trivet,
but “trivet” originally meant
something three-legged—no, that isn’t it.
A recollection that I can’t translate:
carved wood, a blue ceramic square,
chimes which a child with short brown hair
released into the air, turning a key,
on a noon-shuttered kitchen’s red-tiled floor.
The still heat of the estival Midi
exhaled, leonine, beyond the door
as the child, bare-legged and barefoot,
made up verses for
the tune she’d conjured out of the hot plate—
—if that’s the word for it.
A gray June afternoon outside Auxerre,
the last few tables of a flea market:
on one of them, boxlike, carved wood, a square
tile, with fin de siècle bathers, set
in it, a key between its four squat feet
which I turn. “Für Elise”
chimes in the dusty marketplace.
And somehow I participate
in a midsummer memory
of a cool moment, a still neutral date.
The thin child, a large scab on her right knee,
stands in the shuttered midday darkness, while
I hold what’s entered my own history:
music; carved wood, a blue ceramic tile.

The Slessor Gardens, in the main parkland of Dundee’s new central waterfront area, is 10,738sqm in size and designed to be a multi-functional space with capacity to host large events.
The team at Optimised Environments focused on developing an area which people could interact with and explore. The design of the space began with the team looking into the influences that Dundee has had on the world. The impact on Medical Science, the fruit farming and jam industry and the trade routes which took Dundee around the world. The overall design had a focus on history, allowing visitors to uncover the story of Dundee as they wander through the gardens.
Nick Tolley, one of the lead designers on the project, highlighted that marrying the hard landscaping with the planting is always the key to success. The team work with contemporary materials alongside more traditional methods, allowing them to explore natural systems and forms as well as geometric patterns, which all feeds into the overall look of the space.
4 small plots are located to the east and 4 are located to the west sides of the central grassed area. These plots are to contain a series of themed gardens with the others destined to become pavilions and a children’s play area. Four gardens are themed to reflect Dundee’s historic global connections: The Baltic States, Caribbean, Asia and the Americas and a further four reflect key local connections and industries: The Natural Sciences, Health, Food production and Literature. The formation of these Gardens was completed in June and July 2016.
The WoodBlocX Landscaping team working with Nick and Optimised Environment came up with a series of planters that would allow them to showcase the edible and medical gardens. The large planters built for the edible garden have 3 separate sections allowing for a variety of soil conditions to be created, and give the planting the best possible base. Our team were able to take the planters from design to delivery in only a matter of weeks helping to keep the project on track and on time.
