Ok - First note - try taking pictures of kites flying at night with LED lights attached to them without a tripod......Fun stuff.....Need a better photographer than I.....

So this is a "club" of people who design and build their own high powered battery operated LED lights.......Then attach them to Kites and various wire contraptions and then go out at night and fly their kites......They are in the Toledo area during the summer, and somewhere in Florida for the winter (go figure - why they would not want to enjoy the frozen north)......

WHY - Well this is an evangelical club that uses their "attraction" to try and convert children to their cause......They do this by handing out literature and giving kids "assignments." After the assignments are completed - the kids get one of their LED lights as a reward.......That covers about as much of the club as we learned from our travels (yes - if you are doing something like this and we see it......You will not avoid us.......)

This is one of MANY images taken on a trip to Santa Fe, NM from Ft. Collins, CO. The trip had a purpose, to photograph a wedding of a dear friend, but we also saw lots of fun stuff along the way and while in Santa Fe. 1000 miles through the beauty of Southwestern Colorado on Highway 285. 2000 images including the ones taken at the wedding. My wife and I really enjoyed the trip and we will do it again....soon.Sunset from our room at the El Ray hotel in Santa Fe.
