I don't where this was taken, but looks like a summer day [see other photo w/TAL and CAL playing with waterguns] in early 1950s.

That's Grandpa Floyd Gambill in the back, holding grandson Richard.

On the step is Aunt Claire and my dad, Thomas LeVesque. Kids are CAL, LDL?, and TAL.

Cady and I were super lucky, and super excited to see that we had the opportunity to be in front row for the concert. So amazing!

The Thurrock Adult Community College (TACC) is located in the heart of Grays with great transport links and excellent parking areas. The college is designed in a school format with different classroom sizes (up to 30 people), other rooms and a large assembly hall. The college really can be used for many different periods as well as being a unique and unused filming location. There is a mixture of older and modern looking areas, rooms and corridors meaning various filming needs can be met. More information can be found here: www.thurrock.gov.uk/filming-in-thurrock/in-focus-adult-co...

Transport links:

A 15-minute walk from Grays train station on the c2c line.

The A13 is 3 miles away and the M25 is 6 miles away.

Top tips:

The college has a large dedicated car park that is locked every night, along with extra land that can be used for vehicular or other storage.

As this is an adult college, it is less busy than a normal school meaning term time filming may be possible.

The metal parts were easy and I just hit it with some steel wool. There's still paint on the sides, but I'll get that with some turpentine at some point.
