This is the best my front yard will look for the year...from here it's all downhill.
Today I hit a deer on the highway. I'm ok, the truck made it home. Mr. Whitetail didn't fair so well. Sorry deer, but you jumped right out in front dammit. Last thing I ever wanted to do was hurt another living thing with my vehicle. Sigh.
November is the worst month for car/deer collisions. Highway speed + a big deer = a smashed up truck.
