Festival de Negros means kids and adolescents get to run around with buckets/cans of black goopy oil threatening to smear you if you don´t hand over a few coins. wouldn´t be so bad if it didn´t occur on every other street corner!
She is pregnant and ready to pop. I think she is a stray. She has some bare patches on her face and leg.
