flickr friend ritchey.jj and I recently went out on a 'eagle outing', he's posted some beautiful inflight captures, so many that a few of my other flickr friends accused me of apparently 'not even being there' and insinuated that I'm not up to the challenge, well I did get this one inflight shot......

Sand Lizard. Taken in Dorset at the weekend. Another weekend sleep in the car. I had a great couple of days watching these beauties. Sand lizards are a particularly rare and protected species in Britain. They're found only in parts of southern heathland and the sand dunes of the the north west.
