What we wrongly call 'Geranium' are actually 'Pelargonium'... LOL.
Geranium Ingwersen's Variety (Cranesbill, Perennial Geranium)
Pleasant light pink flowers with pronounced sepals on strong stems.
Macro-rhizum are more drought tolerant than other Cranesbills.
The semi-evergreen aromatic leaves of Geranium Ingwersen's Variety are tinted bronze-red in fall and foliage can be dried for potpourri.
It has a very particular, quite strong smell.
Bees love them.

Fragrant Sumac / Lemon Sumac --- Duftsumach / Gewürzsumach
Fragrant sumac has been used in natural medicine as a wound/burn dressing, astringent and diuretic, and to treat diarrhea, stomach disorders, toothaches, colds, fever, mouth and throat complaints.
The high tannin content of the leaves and bark makes fragrant sumac useful as a dye and for tanning leather. The fruit can be made into a tea that tastes rather like lemonade. The split stems are used in basket making.

Die Blätter und Rinde eignen sich wegen ihres hohen Tanningehalts zur Ledergerbung und als Färbemittel. Ein aus den Früchten zubereiteter Tee gleicht geschmacklich einer Limonade. Aus den gespaltenen Zweigen lassen sich Körbe flechten.
Walking along Hongkong's Avenue of Stars very early in the morning, being jetlagged after arrival. It was about 7 am in the morning and already hot and humid as the dickens. But at least I got a great view :-)

Clematis montana is a deciduous, vigorous, hardy climber that flowers in early spring. The flowers are mostly single, often fragrant and come in white to pink tones. It rained today, doesn't happen much in the desert. The pink and white rose seemed to hold on to every drop of rain that it could.
I think this was out of a flower arrangement from last year so I popped it in the ground. It’s so nice to have these surprise flowers pop up! I totally forgot I planted it! It inspires me to plant more Hyacinths!
I walked slightly hastily on that day, but I stopped and have photographed it because some flowers fell.

These Jasmines (বেলি ফুল ) bring little bit of Bengal in my patio. These flowers bloom all summer in my childhood home. These are very fragrant like most of our tropical flowers. They start to bloom in the evening and spread their fragrance with the evening breeze. Here they spread nostalgia and sense of belonging and longing.
