Marked as 2.2 for aperture; this is where the float valve pin rests and lets in fuel from the float bowl.
Imagine the tubes under the seat were trimmed off on the right side to the width of the pontoons. I won't use pvc for this seating deck, but it helps to give me some ideas or prospective as to where the seat will mount and how high it will ultimately be. I want the craft to be able to be broken down easily for transport and assembly.
February 1956. Tampa, Fl. Tampa Gasparilla Parade. The festival celebrates the apocryphal legend of José Gaspar (Gasparilla), a mythical Spanish pirate captain who supposedly operated in Southwest Florida.
These are the floats that about 50 men carry with 4 women on top. There is also a real fire on top of the float and the people on the side of the road throw water to try to put out the fire. So the people carrying the floats get soaked and are shouting and having a blast. They also have men behind them carrying coolers of beer and stop at the groups of drummers to rest and drink beer. Quite the spectacle!

At the harbor in Provincetown, I came across these hanging on a wall of a shack; I think that they were put on the wall for the benefits of tourists.
One of the floats in parade for 2010 Wichita State University Homecoming. It was the first homecoming at Wichita State in 20 years.
I forgot to clean the sink first, but just checking the floating ability and for any leaks on this boat camera mount. So far, so good. I have to paint the vessel. I don't actually have the camera inside the houseing that is shown in this pic. I need to do that in finding out the best location on the float boat to mount the camera mount.
