This rural float home sits peacefully as a next door neighbour to the previous image. One home on the water and the other nestled into the trees and the wetland foliage.

Would you live this life style?

This image was captured by boat on the southern arm of the scenic Alouette River.

You can also capture this area by foot, but nothing compares to experiencing this life style by floating into the scene and becoming one with the peacefulness and beauty that 'surrounds' you.

Today when I went out the door I was determined to get a shot of a butterfly in flight. I didn't have to come back inside empty handed. I had to crop this one much more than I would like but, she's still flying. I like this shot better ;-)
