Berani is a Sumatran Tiger born in March 2008. He and Sumatran Tigress Leeloo born in 2011, occupy the Tiger Temple enclosure at Zoo Miami which was previously the domain of three sister Bengal Tigresses. These sisters succumbed to old age and passed away.

م ش خميرة فورية 1

2\1 1 م ك سكر -

2\1 ملعقة ش ملح

2\1 2 ك دقيق ابيض

الطريقة |

- نذوب الخميرة والسكر في كوب الماء

- نخلط الملح مع الطحين في اناء العجن ثم نضيف خليط الخميرة

ونعجن في البداية يمكن تتلصق العجينة بيدك لكن استمري بالعجن

وبتلاقين العجينة فكت ونستمر ونعجن ونضرب العجينة بقوة كل شوي نظل نعجن لمدة 5 دقائق

النتيجة تكون عجينة ناعمة وما تتلصق ومطاطية وتكون اثقل من عجينة الفطاير العادية

لأنها لو كانت لينة بيصعب فردها وخبزها بعدين طبعا لو عجنتي وصارت العجينة لينة

اضيفي شوي طحين او كانت بالعكس بللي يدك بماء واعجني الى ان تتوصلي للقوام المطلوب

نغطيها ونخليها ترتاح ربع ساعة فقط ما يتغير حجمها كثير

نقسم العجينة الى 12 أو 9 كور متساوية على صينية مرشوشة بالطحين

وغطيها بفوطه رطبه ولو حبيتي تسوي ميني خبز خلي الكرات اصغر بتلاحظين

وانت تقسمي العجينة انها صارت اخف ولو ضربتي عليها بتعطيك صوت طبل

نتركها نصف ساعة فقط ولا تكثرين بتخميرها حتى تنفرد بشكل جميل وسهل

شغلي الفرن من تحت ليما ترتفع ثم من فوق

جهزي ورق المطبخ 13 قطعة وافردي كل كرة على طاولة مرشوشة بالطحين

افردي العجين حسب رغبتك اذا حبيتيه ثخين او رقيق المهم ما يكون رقيق

كثير حتى ما ينشف بعد الخبز ويصير قاسي ويتكسر

ضعي كل قطعة مفرودة على ورقة مطبخ وصفي خبزه ورقة مطبخ يعني طبقات

يعني كل 3 ع بعض نسوي مجموعات ليما تخلصين كل الكور واعرفي ترتيب وش اول وحده سويناها

خذي ورقة المطبخ الزائدة رقم 13 وغطي فيها اخر وحده فردتيها واقلبي الجميع

حتى نأخذ اول قطعة مفرودة لأنها بتكون تخمرت قبل واحنا ما نبي نخمرها اكثر بعدين تلصق بالورق

طلعي صينية الفرن الحارة و امسكي اول ورقة مع الخبز المفرود واقلبيه ع الصينية

ممكن تقلبيه على يدك برفق وتحطيه على الصينية بحذر

حتى لا يخرب الشكل حسب الطريقة اللي تعجبك

طبعا اذا كانت الصينية واسعة بتقدرين تحطين اكثر من اربع اقراص

في كل مرة وكل ما تخلصي مجموعة غطي اول قرص واقلبيها وابداي بالخبز وكيذا طبعا

انتظري ثواني عند الفرن وتمتعي بشكل الخبز وهو ينتفخ ولا تبعدين لأن الخبز بيتحمر سريع

ممكن تسوين الخبز بعد ع الصاج او في مقلاة عادية ع الفرن حمي الصاج واقلبي عليه العجينة المفرودة

وانتظري شوي وقبل ما تطلع فيه فقاعات اقلبيه على الوجه الآخر

وبعدين بيسخن وينتفخ معك وتقلبينها الى ان يتحمر حسب رغبتك ولا تطولين عليه حتى ما ينشف

بعد ما تطلعين الخبز من الفرن او الصاج غطيه بفوطة ودخليه بكيس حتى ما ينشف ويقسى

والذ خبز ع الفطور بالعافيه ~

"You know you're a flickr addict when..."

Finally I managed to take some photo worth uploading. (Large is much better)

after all that plagiarism and copying others work discussions that float around flickr right now, i felt really bad about last weeks picture...

i mean, i am often inspired by other peoples work but usually i try to make my pictures really mine by doing things differently than the stuff i got my inspiration from... but last weeks picture really is nothing more than a copy with minor differences to the original. that's why i'm feeling bad and i wanted to at least use the techniques i learned copying that work in this weeks picture so that i can say i copied for a reason...

so here you go, using last weeks method i created this (and no, the concept is not very original, i've seen it around a few times but at least this time i feel like it really is my work...)...

anyway, sorry for the rant but reading all those discussion really made me feel bad about some of my work...

oh, and for those who want to know what's going on in my life:

a photography school in vienna accepted me (finally!!) so i'm gonna start studying photography starting in 2 weeks... plus, since that program is not very elaborate, i also enrolled at university again and am starting to study comparative literature starting from next week... on the other hand, i am still looking for a job but so far no one wanted me... :(

at least studying will keep me busy until i can apply at the academy of advertising...

There are changes proposed that make it hard for groups to function, hard to converse, hard to get around, hard to share and play games in the neighborhood.

We have written specific feedback to the proposed changes, but feel a wall of silence about many of them.

Well, my first fixie/fixed-gear/single speed bicycle or whatever you call it.

Fixie conversion: Bike started out as a free-gear road bike that I bought from auction a month ago. It used to be yellow in color and in standard condition,free-gear. Most parts was taken off the bike except for the seat post, frame, and wheel. Original paint was so dull and I repainted it black. I made that blue frame-bar padding with Japan flag on it. Hand made! And,notice that blue chain? It is so orgasmic. Gear ratio 48T/16T. I know it's kinda tough ratio,but i'll get use to it.
