My grandma had so many of these botanical prints by P. J. Redouté around her house. I was happy to find a book about him and his work in the library last month.
Filming at cei llydan station today for S4C TV programme about a budget holiday for families with low income.
Most of this film was acquired when my local camera store, Cutler Camera, closed up shop last year. The owner gave me about 20 rolls of film for free!

I wish I still had a record of exactly when some of these old photos were taken. I've had to guestimate. All I remember is 1988 and during the week that I was in the Los Angeles area, I went to Dodger Stadium twice and saw a game with the Expos in which both benches emptied out onto the field in a big fight. That roll of film was unfortunately destroyed.

最近工作比較忙
晚上常常回到家也想放空...
但想到今年約莫是五月的時候
跟他還有同事一起立下的志向
要好好的做每日作業
也養成了習慣每天都會上傳一張
不管當日有沒有拍照
也會從以往拍的照片去做修圖的練習
雖然說有時候真的累爆了
但一想到一不堅持下去
之前的努力好像就不完美了
(獅子座性格莫名的浮現)
所以到目前為止習慣還是維持著
不知道能堅持到什麼時候就是了
從最一開始用Flickr到現在
這個習慣其實讓自己也看著
拍照的角度或者是習慣的養成
甚至是當時喜歡的修圖美感等
都是默默的有著一些一些的改變
當然也有些習慣會默默的被建立著
總之想說的是 這樣的模式讓我覺得很美好
雖然常常會強迫性的去看某樣事情 而不是純輕鬆的去欣賞
但至少讓我養成認真去觀察身邊環境的變化以及狀況
即使是平凡無其的日常
也想找出能夠讓我感到很美的一個畫面
我覺得這樣很好。

This week’s theme for my 52 project is “Film.” I have a large collection of negatives, most of which have never been scanned. This negative shows the Boston Avenue Methodist Church, which is a beautiful Art Deco church in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Although it’s actually a colour negative, I thought it looked more interesting in B&W.
I bought this film case about 20 years ago from Spiratone, a camera accessory store in Flushing, NY that went out of business many years ago. It can hold 4 rolls of 35mm film. It's waterproof and supposed to be x-ray proof too but I cannot confirm that. Since then I haven't seen it other stores. I had seen other film cases but not this one.
