A: Steve Hill, managing partner of Stoney River, was happy to share the recipe. Stoney River offers this topping with any steak, but it's most often requested on filet mignon.

LOL. Well I know this is complete sacrilege BUT no way I'm eating leftover Filet Mignon from last nights dinner outing like this cold. I did a nice skillet quick reheat to make it warm but not too tough. Still melted in my mouth. If you're ever in Buffalo definitely go to Bacchus Wine Bar. This looks gross but was so so yummy.
The 10 ounce filet mignon at Sonny Williams Steak Room in the River Market district of Little Rock. We sat next to a corner window where we could watch the River Market activity as we ate. The window light was just bright enough to get a decent shot. I only took one because I was pretty self-concious of whipping a camera out in a fancy restaurant to shoot the food.

Johnny's Cafe is no small-town cafe. It is a steakhouse located in the old stockyards area of Omaha - in business since 1922.
I don't usually order the filet mignon because it is not as flavorful a cut as some others, but this is the best filet I've ever eaten.
My parent's offered to take me out to dinner for my 31st birthday. I chose Marcel's, a French/Belgian restaurant ranked #9 on Washingtonian Magazine's Top 100 Restaurants in 2007. The food, atmosphere, and service were amazing.

Grilling up some filet mignon for the 50th Reunion. You could almost see people sniffing and floating through the air towards the scent.
Went out for dinner to wish one of my coworkers farewell. He's leaving for another company. This is what some of my coworkers ordered; lobster stuffed with shrimp and filet mignon. Ridiculously huge...
