Odchudzona wersja tradycyjnego fast foodu .

Sałatka:

-garść mieszanki sałat

-dwie łyżki kukurydzy

-pół papryki

-ziarna dyni

-garść pora

-przyprawy( koperek, pieprz etc )

-dwie łyżki jogurtu nat.

- mała pierś z kurczaka

-pół cebuli

-łyżka musztady

-łyżka świeżego kopru

-pieprz, zioła

Pierś mielimy razem z cebulą i przyprawiamy musztardą i ziołami. Odstawiamy do lodówki

-ziemniak

-2 łyżeczki oleju

-oregano, bazylia

1.Ziemniaka obieramy, kroimy w paski. 2.Obtaczamy w ziołach.

3. Wykładamy na blachę do pieczenia, polewamy olejem.

4. Pieczemy w nagrzanym piekarniku do 190 przez 20 minut.

5.Rozgrzewamy patelnię teflonową.

6. Do zmielonego mięsa dodajemy jedno białko i mieszamy.

7. Na patelni teflonowej układamy w miarę płaskie kotlety .

8. Smażymy przez ok. 4 minuty. Po przewróceniu na drugą stronę, kładziemy na każdy kotlecik plasterek pomidora i pół plasterka sera wędzonego.

9. Smażymy przez ok 3 minuty.

My brother and I were walking down the canal @ langollan (if you can't pronounce it, add 0.5lbs of flem then try again!).

Helped a guy hold his boat still as a few boats passed the other way in the strong current.

He said 'ever been on a canal boat before'

no, wanted to though!

'come aboard then and you can ride with me for a bit'

ok that would be great!

'he immediatly handed me the tillar, told me it stears backwards, gunned the throttle, then walked off to the toilet!

'oh'

woah shit, it doesn't turn, no, it turns 10mins after you've steered, oh, 0h shit!

hit just about every single piece of canal bank and bollard down this tiny tight narrow fast flowing bit of water,

I eased off the throttle, and the guy come running back up,

'no, you've got to keep the throttle down in here, otehrwise it won't stear

no shit!

So in the first 90seconds & 200m of canal boat driving, I'd hit everything and broken every rule.

No damage done to the guys house, he didn't seem bothered, but I felt aweful!
