To long for the moon while looking on the rain, to lower the blinds and be unaware of the passing of spring—these are even more deeply moving. I just printed this one in Epson Hot Press natural paper and it looks absolutely beautiful.
Used a a polarizing neutral filter for this one.

Just sitting around, poor me!
On another note, some of the old episodes of 'Gunsmoke' are airing again. I just adore Amanda Blake (Miss Kitty). Her clothes, makeup and beauty always made me want to emulate her. However, I could never say that out loud back in the 60's.
James S. had a hunting camp in Spring Lake, NC, which he deeded to the Nature Conservancy.. Little has been done to the buildings since his death in 2004. It was barren , dark and musty inside, but the beauty of the heartwood longleaf pine still glowed.
I think i slid every option available in iPhotos to try to release some of that beauty lurking in the dark image.
