Yep, it is one of those 1st year damn fall migratory warblers. Blackpoll Warbler? Bay-breasted Warbler? Pine Warbler? HELP!! I'm sticking to dragonflies! West Friendship Park, Maryland.
What I enjoyed most about this scene was the frost on the ground but not so much under the trees. The moss hanging in the trees is always a special sight around here.

I'm taking you back a couple months to fall with this photo I took outside Hildene in Manchester, VT. If you're in the area, the gardens offer a plethora of photo opportunities, and while photography is not allowed inside, it's still cool to be able to tour the former home of Robert Todd Lincoln.
Dogwood trees among redwoods in Yosemite National Park last weekend.

Muddy Cove Pond

I was a little late to the party at this local watering hole, but there were still some catchy colors to be found on this overcast morning. 6 vertical shots stitched in Lightroom via Photoshop.

♫ You and me together
Through the days and nights
I don't worry 'cause
Everything's gonna be alright
People keep talking, they can say what they like
But all I know is everything's gonna be alright No one, no one, no one
Can get in the way of what I'm feeling
No one, no one, no one
Can get in the way of what I feel for you, you, you
Can get in the way of what I feel for you When the rain is pouring down
And my heart is hurting
You will always be around
This I know for certain ♫
We got to see some wonderful Fall color in Door County, WI and a week later the colors here started to peak and has been the nicest we've had in a couple of years. Here a small creek in Matter Park.

Happy Pink Day
This is my FAVORITE time of year! This was just a simple cupcake made for the Sweet Shoppe this weekend. I love how the leaves just look like they are falling right off!
Found this wonderful black bear 6 feet up a tree, on the side of the road, in the middle of the afternoon fattening up on fall berries. We had only arrived in the Tetons about two hours earlier and had already seen two Moose while we having lunch and then ran into this fellow while heading to our condo. Love this place!
