We traveled west of Atlanta, Ga this weekend and stayed at a campground on the Silver Comet Trail. Jasper enjoyed laying in the fall leaves watching the Boy Scouts who were on the other side of campground. No doubt he really wanted to go run around with them.
A quick thought for all my friends living in China and facing the crazy way the current omicron epidemic is managed by authorities. Never forget that beyond the current craziness remains the beauty and uniqueness of Chinese culture and history

The beautiful rural landscape that surrounds the Fogliano lake is enriched on the horizon with the natural scenario of the promontory of Circeo. The lake of Fogliano,is the largest of the four coastal lakes of the Circeo National Park. The lake of Fogliano is divided from the sea by the coastal dune and its water is brackish.
Trying to capture the snow falling.

Namibia is like my second home - I've been there countless times and simply love the country. When I went there for the first time, hardly anyone had ever heard of it, let alone seen photographs of the surreal scenery. Now, many years later, it is one of the most popular landscape photography destinations in Africa, there are Namibia pictures all over the internet, and for a large part I have myself to blame for it, bringing groups there every year. As a result, it's becoming increasingly more difficult to create something original at this incredible place.
This year I got very lucky when the heavens decided to bring me something entirely different from the blue skies that I've become so used to. What you see here is very dense fog creeping over the dunes, about to fill the valley. The fog lasted for over an hour even after sunrise, and it was the most magical hour I have ever spent there.
