Pinterest throws unsolicited photo collections at my inbox, I can't resist playing with some!
I gleaned some info about this one from a facebook post by the then 12-year-old lad who is 'backerin' the horse.
However, old maps seem to predate Ocker Hill Power Station which closed in the late 1970s and it has been erased from current maps, so I would welcome any details about the location.
The boat is heading south along the Walsall Canal.

t is with heavy hearts, that we are sharing the news that the iconic dive bar Subway Inn, which first opened in 1937, has sadly announced that it will be closing its doors on December 28, 2024. In a heartfelt Facebook post last night, Subway Inn stated, “Throughout the last few years, we’ve seen a shift in the way people live, work, and spend their time. The rhythms of the city that once sustained places like Subway Inn no longer feel the same. The vibrant nightlife and bustling atmosphere we relied on have gradually given way to quieter, more introspective times. With fewer people frequenting the bar and restaurant industry in general, our ability to keep up with operational costs and overheads became unsustainable. Despite our best efforts to adapt and innovate, the financial toll became impossible to ignore.”

Sadly, this family-owned bar whose patrons included Joe DiMaggio & Marilyn Monroe has weathered many challenges including moving from its original location on East 60th Street opposite the flagship Bloomingdales after the building owner declined to renew their lease as they wanted to build high-end luxury condos on the site. To make matters worse, the building housing Subway Inn has been demolished but the site is still empty to this day. Marcello Salinas (R.I.P.) who started out mopping floors at the bar when he immigrated to the U.S. before taking ownership of the bar was able to relocate the bar in 2015 to 2nd Ave at East 60th Street. Marcello’s son, Steve who took over the business even brought over the bar’s iconic neon signage but in 2021 Subway Inn lost its lease and yet again was forced to move for the 3rd time just a few doors down from their 2nd location and were not able to reopen until 2023 when they finally secured their new liquor license.

The Salinas family still hopes to reopen at a new locale in the future but report it “may take time, but we are committed to rebuilding and finding a way to return.”.

How the Survivors of Parkland Began the Never Again Movement

David Hogg is one of the students of Marjory Stoneman Douglas High, in Parkland, Florida, who started the Never Again movement, to advocate for gun control, after a mass shooting at their school.
By Sunday, only four days after the school shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, in Parkland, Florida, the activist movement that emerged in its aftermath had a name (Never Again), a policy goal (stricter background checks for gun buyers), and a plan for a nationwide protest (a March for Our Lives, scheduled for March 24th). It also had a panel of luminary teens who were reminding America that the shooting was not a freak accident or a natural disaster but the result of actual human decisions.
The funerals continued in Parkland and surrounding cities—for the students Jaime Guttenberg and Joaquin Oliver and Alex Schachter and the geography teacher Scott Beigel—with attendance sometimes surpassing a thousand people. On a local level, at least, the activism did not overshadow the grieving. The tragedy affected this student body of more than three thousand people in different ways: some students lost their closest friends, others hallway acquaintances. And the student leaders knew, with the clarity of thought that had distinguished them from the beginning, that the headline-industrial complex granted only a very narrow window of attention. Had they waited even a week to start advocating for change, the reporters would have gone home.
Also, different people express grief in different ways. The activists are grieving, too, but it’s not a coincidence that a disproportionate number of the Never Again leaders are dedicated members of the drama club. Cameron Kasky is a theatre kid. Before he went on Anderson Cooper, he was best known as a class clown. “I’m a talker,” he told me. “The only thing I’ve had this whole time is the fact that I never shut up.” Kasky started writing Facebook posts in the car after he and his brother, who has special needs, were picked up after the shooting by their dad. “I’m safe,” he wrote in the first, posted two hours after the shooting. “Thank you to all the second amendment warriors who protected me.” For the rest of the day, in between posts about missing students and recalling the experience of hiding in a classroom with his brother, Kasky’s frustration grew: “Can’t sleep. Thinking about so many things. So angry that I’m not scared or nervous anymore . . . I’m just angry,” he wrote. “I just want people to understand what happened and understand that doing nothing will lead to nothing. Who’d have thought that concept was so difficult to grasp?”
The social-media posts led to an invitation from CNN to write an op-ed, which led to televised interviews in the course of the day. “People are listening and people care,” Kasky wrote. “They’re reporting the right things.” That night, Thursday, after the candlelight vigil ended, Kasky invited a few friends over to his house to try to start a movement. “Working on a central space that isn’t just my personal page for all of us to come together and change this,” he posted. “Stay alert. #NeverAgain.” He had thought of the name, he later told me, “while sitting on the toilet in my Ghostbuster pajamas.” In early interviews Kasky had criticized the Republican Party, but he and his friends had decided since that the movement should be nonpartisan. Surely everyone—gun owner or pacifist, conservative or liberal—could agree that school massacres should be stopped. The group stayed up all night creating social-media accounts and trying to figure out what needed to be said, “because the important thing here wasn’t talking about gore,” Kasky said on Sunday. “It was talking about change and it was talking about remembrance.” It was then that they decided to petition for more thorough background checks. As Alfonso Calderon, a co-founder of Never Again, who was there that night, told me, “Nikolas Cruz, the shooter at my school, was reported to the police thirty-nine times.” He added, “We have to vote people out who have been paid for by the N.R.A. They’re allowing this to happen. They’re making it easier for people like Nick Cruz to acquire an AR-15.”

They launched their new Facebook page just before midnight on February 15th. “Thank you to everybody who has been so supportive of our community and please remember to keep the memory of those beloved people we’ve lost fresh in your minds,” Kasky wrote.
While Kasky, Calderon, and their other friends huddled among snack wrappers in a gated-community war room, another student was developing a different plan. Jaclyn Corin is the seventeen-year-old junior-class president at Marjory Stoneman Douglas. She woke up the morning after the attack to the confirmation that her missing friend, Joaquin Oliver, was among them.

I'm not usually the person shouting "Y U RUNE KLASSIK"? Commentary on the modified cars Facebook post. If it makes you happy, then go for it, until it falls on the road. Yet one particular celebrity resto made has me scratching my head, not in anger, but a state of confusion: In 1974 the BMW 3.0 CS was modified by SpeedKore for actor Robert Downey Jr. Speedcore specializes in rebuilding unreliable vehicles in carbon fiber parts and full carbon fiber, but they kept on making a remake of the 3.0 CS's sleek body for the Downey project.
For their first European Restomod, they put the classic Bimmer's metal body and added some Bespoke carbon fiber bits: a front air dam, rear bumper, and rocker molding, all finished in a BASF Glasurit satin coat to peek the carbon Can be given
The true sin isn't carbon fiber for carbon fiber's sake, which is subtle enough.
This is the gray wood grain that is ubiquitous in every "updated" apartment you'll ever see.
See, if you are going for the HGTV inspired house flipper look, then you are committed to it.
"My Deck Needs Residing" -hued not just throwing wood grain on the beltline, spoiler, and dashboard.
Brick Red PPG paint is good, but probably very good in this context.
Sitting under the hood is the lovely S38 inline-six from an E34-generation BMW M5. In the American version of this engine, the 180-hp engine of the 3.0 CS produced 311 horsepower — a nice bump.
The custom HRE C109 three-piece wheels are the best looking wheels I have seen at a restomod for years.

There are nice titanium gray accents throughout that match those wheels.
If you don't look at the dashboard, the interior is also fine.
The 1970s-inspired Lamborghinis-inspired center console grab handle looks like it's there and almost looks warranted if the four-speed Auto box catches up.

“Five years ago, a teacher sexually assaulted me. He touched my breasts and my body. I asked him to lock the restroom door. It was stupid. There was also a security camera. I did what I did, to act like everything was normal because I was afraid others would know I was being sexually assaulted. I thought it was shameful. I thought society would condemn me for allowing a man to assault me.”
These are the words to the Facebook post on 20 September by 20-year-old Nalinrat Tuthubthim. In the post, she detailed her experience from when she was 16 years old.
What happened
According to the post, this was the third incident regarding the teacher in question. The teacher who said to her, “You give consent.” However, Nalinrat explained in the post that her “consent” was out of fear and ignorance.
“When I walked into the restroom, he kept switching the light on and off. I was scared and started to cry. So he put his arms around me and asked, “Are you okay? I didn’t think you would be so scared.”
“Of course, I didn’t do anything. I actually thought the teacher was playing a prank innocently. I thought to myself that he was a good teacher,” she wrote.
The first incident was when the teacher stroked her leg after he took her home on his motorbike. The second incident involved tricking her into sitting astride on his motorbike, so that when he brake, which he repeatedly did, her chest would bounce on his back.

In July this year, she gathered enough courage to approach the school authorities.
The answer she received was, “We already have the [safety] measures, but we understand that there are bad people among good people. No matter the measures, there will be those breaking the rules,”
“We can’t introduce specific [safety] measures for the school, because we are an educational facility under the Education Ministry.”
She was told, “Many teachers touch the kids out of affection. If you study psychology, you would know it is to make the kids feel good.”
An hour after her post went public, she received a message from one of the school teachers. He asked her to take the post down, worried that she was ruining the school’s reputation.
The past five years
Over a phone interview, Nalinrat told us she has been suffering from mental health issues. She had nightmares of sexual assaults and had tried to commit suicide.
“Schools [in Thailand] are the place that creates and normalizes the authoritarian system and the sexual harassment,” she said.
“The sexual harassment is just the tip of the iceberg; there are many other problems beneath it.”
However, as Nalinrat witnesses young Thais’ political awakening, with students from high school to universities demanding justice and safety, she feels there’s hope.
Blame the victim
Traditionally, Thai culture blames the victim. As per Nalinrat’s quote at the top of the article, it frames a victim mentality of “suffering in silence.”
“If I put myself in a ‘risky’ situation, the society would automatically think that ‘I was asking for it,’” Nalinrat said.
Even news headlines reinforce this belief system. For example: “Security footage revealed the victim was wearing a short dress” or “Teacher revealed the student wanted to trade sex for a grade.” Somehow, it’s always the victim’s fault.
“It’s not just teaching about sexual harassment,” said Nalinrat. “But more about teaching people to respect each other’s rights.”
Children must know their rights
Nalinrat explained that when the first incident happened, she did not realize it was wrong. Until later, when she told her friends, one of whom said it’s sexual assault.
“In Thailand, children don’t have any rights to say no to any physical abuses or authoritarianism from the adults,” Nalinrat said. “Children don’t know what rights they have, so they end up giving ‘consent,’ out of fear and the thought that they are supposed to, that the adults are always right.”
“My school never taught us anything about consent.”
The repercussion
After her Facebook post caught on, Nalinrat received both sympathy and condemnation. The disapproval comes mainly from older generation people who attacked her for being “inappropriate” and “aggressive,” and that she’s ruining the school’s reputation.
“The older generation keeps fighting this, which makes the younger generation seem even more aggressive,” said Nalinrat.
They need to stop fighting the truth and hiding problems, pretending like everything is perfect. We should expose problems and fix them.”
According to Nalinrat, her intention is not to ruin the school’s reputation.
“So, let’s talk and fix this together. I’m not trying to burn anyone down,” she said.

Government Lawmakers Attack Student For Speaking Up About Abuse

Conservative lawmakers allied to PM Prayut Chan-o-cha on Monday lashed out at a university student who publicly identified herself as the victim of sexual harassment in her high school years.
The woman, who would only identify herself as Muay, came under fire not just from the politicians, but also a pro-establishment media outlet, after she dressed up as a high schooler and held a sign saying “I was sexually assaulted by my teacher. School is not a safe space” during a pro-democracy rally on Saturday.
“It’s inappropriate to say you were sexually assaulted and wear a student uniform,” Phalang Pracharath MP Sira Jenjaka told reporters. “Now this is famous worldwide, not just in Thailand, and damages the reputation of her educational institution.”
“Do you wear seducing cosplay costumes to instigate sexual assault, or not?” he added. “Do not embarrass your parents further.”
Sira, who chairs the House committee on law and order, went on to say that he will summon Muay for questioning – and she will be punished if her allegations turned out to be lies. He did not specify how they will be proven.
Parina Kraikupt, also an MP from Phalang Pracharath Party, wrote online Sunday that she would file a criminal case against Muay Monday at Pathum Wan Police. Her crime? Dressing up as a high school student.
“When a non-student wears a student uniform to create viral content online, you must be responsible to society and consequences,” Parina wrote.
There is no law forbidding non-students from wearing school uniforms; a large number of alumni at the all-male Suan Kularb School donned their high school outfits on Monday for a much publicized reunion event.
Junta-appointed senator Somchai Sawangkarn said Sunday that Muay damaged the country’s image and had ulterior motives.
“To talk about something that happened 4 to 5 years ago, is it even true or is she wanted to make news in the protest?,” Somchai said. “If it didn’t happen, she should be punished.”
In a phone interview, Muay said a male teacher at the high school touched her breasts and body without consent inside the campus. When she brought it up to the school administrators, Muay said, she was told that “teachers touch children out of endearment.”
Muay requested that details about her real name or the name of the school not be published, but said the teacher who groped her is still teaching there. Muay said she was underage at the time.
The student also said she made an appearance at the student-led protest on Saturday because the pro-democracy movement should also tackle culture of abuse on school grounds.
“Authoritarianism has been a very long-term problem,” Muay said on the phone Monday. “If we don’t talk about it, it won’t be solved.”
‘She Should Be Ashamed’
Although most of the media outlets reported about Muay’s allegations in a sympathetic light, Manager Online – a news agency with an established right-wing streak – stood out.
Instead of discussing the accusations concerning the sexual assault of an underage individual, the website ran a story linking Muay to her parttime job as a social media influencer and a model.
“Link to the Schoolgirl Holding Up a Sexual Assault Sign by Teacher in Various Sexy Cosplay Costumes!” read the headline. The story spent little time on the student’s symbolic protest in favor of multiple photos of Muay’s modeling photos.
Manager Online is a popular news site among many in the pro-establishment camp who already oppose the pro-democracy student protests for touching on a wide range of social issues. Many readers reacted to the story by using Muay’s background as a model to cast doubt on her stories.
“She looks like she wanted to be gang-raped. What a flirting beggar,” wrote Facebook user Viriya Poompetch.
“If the student didn’t make the first move the teacher wouldn’t dare. Don’t underestimate kids these days,” wrote Nungning Tat-chai.
“If this is true, she would probably be pregnant by now. She should be ashamed. Aren’t her ancestors embarrassed that she’s outing herself like this?” wrote user Wilaiwan Sukngam.
“She’s just a pretty [promotional model] who was hired to be there, not to take off her clothes, but to bullshit,” wrote Picitawan Plum.
Muay said she’s seen the derogatory comments, and she and her supporters are currently gathering evidence to file criminal complaints against the authors who wrote them.
But she said she also saw a positive side in the controversy: some women also came forward with their own experience of sexual assaults, especially in schools, after seeing news about her.
“I want to hug you; you are so brave; you are not the guilty person,” Muay said. ““If you had an experience like me but don’t wanna talk, it’s not your fault. You don’t have to, if your heart can’t take it yet. But when you can, let’s share.”
At least one in five Thais have experienced sexual harassment, according to a UK-based survey.
However, despite some gains in protecting sexual assault victims in recent years, very few come forward to press charges due to male-dominated police force and the media, who tend to ‘blame the victim’ for the crimes.
Even the Ministry of Public Health was widely panned for releasing a public service announcement in March telling women it was their responsibility to avoid sexual assaults.

ROME - Italy in the coming days is expected to map out the specifics of how it might emerge from the West's longest lockdown, and it is considering measures that would fundamentally alter how people commute, work, vacation and think about their privacy.
Though many countries across Europe are trying to gradually reopen for business, the path in Italy is particularly perilous. There is uncertainty, even now, about how widely the novel coronavirus has spread among the population. And while some nations averted the worst-case scenario, in Italy the virus arrived with the force of a historic crisis, leaving the country to contend not just with economic pain but also with a sharp sense of loss, mourning and fear.
Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte said Italy’s emergence from lockdown — what he has called Phase II — is likely to begin May 4. Conte wrote in a Facebook post that although he wished he could just reopen “everything,” doing so would be irresponsible.
He called for a “serious, scientific program.”
The myriad task forces advising the government on Phase II include not just epidemiologists and health policy experts but also economists and psychiatrists.
“It’s not by chance that you use the same word, ‘depression,’ both economically and existentially,” said Fabrizio Starace, a psychiatrist on one task force. “We can expect an increase of conditions like anxiety, irritability, insomnia, relational problems. The fantasy everyone is entertaining is that of a return to normalcy. Clearly our gradual recovery won’t match normalcy.”
Experts advising the government, in interviews this week, described a society that will bear little resemblance to the one that existed before the outbreak, at least until there is a vaccine or reliable medical treatment.
“We need to rethink development, production, the speed of our lives, our lifestyles,” said Filomena Maggino, an adviser to Conte and a member of a Phase II task force.
Whereas Denmark, France and others in Europe are moving to reopen their schools first, advisers in Italy have recommended starting with businesses — only the ones least at risk. It remains unclear when schools or restaurants might reopen, or businesses that bring people close together, such as hairdressers and gyms.
Even a limited and tentative reopening of society will require dramatic changes, the advisers say. Mask-wearing will be encouraged until there is a vaccine or medical treatment. Once ordinary aspects of daily life, such as rush hour, must be reconsidered, they say, to reduce crowding on metros and buses.
“Companies may decide that shifts should be on a 12-hour basis. Or they start seven-day production time,” said Ranieri Guerra, a World Health Organization assistant director-general who is advising the Italian Health Ministry. “Public transport is obviously a potential source of infection.”
Though many of the details are still up for consideration, Italy’s workplace safety agency outlined its conditions for businesses to reopen and said companies would need to redraw factory floors to keep employees apart and ban face-to-face meetings. The document, published by the Corriere della Sera, also said companies should check the body temperature of anybody who enters.
Paolo Vineis, a Turin-based epidemiologist who is advising the government, said he was less worried about industries, which are “pretty well organized,” than he was about the general public.
For instance, he said, parents compelled to return to work may have limited options for child care while schools remain closed. Children may be left in the care of their grandparents — an especially vulnerable population — with parents risking infecting everyone when they return in the evenings.
In recent days, Italian media have carried stories theorizing how the months ahead could unfold. They’ve floated the idea of tighter restrictions on movement for the elderly and suggested ways in which Italians could carry on with summer beach vacations: with umbrellas spaced out and reservations required in advance. Newspapers have even run celebratory headlines mentioning the simple fact that, come May 4, outdoor walks will be allowed.
There will also be tighter surveillance, in the form of a contact-tracing app that uses Bluetooth technology. If people go to a museum, for instance, and come in contact with a person soon found to have the virus, they will receive a phone notification informing them that they might have been exposed.
Some Italians have voiced concern about privacy and security issues. Conte has emphasized the app is voluntary. But experts say 60 percent of people need to be using it for it to have much utility. A similar app in Austria has seen relatively limited uptake.
Even if the app is widely used in Italy, controlling future outbreaks will require an army of on-the-ground contact tracers to identify, test and isolate people who might have been exposed.
Pier Luigi Lopalco, an epidemiologist at the University of Pisa, said that in some regions, Italy doesn’t yet have the manpower.
“The app is not functioning alone,” Lopalco said. “You still need people to identify the case, make the control, to go to the home and do the testing.”
The greatest concern is that, as restrictions are eased, the virus could come roaring back — or that it could spread undetected if parts of the population aren’t being rigorously tested. That is what has happened in Singapore, where the cases spiked as the virus spread among migrant workers.
Experts said they could imagine a scenario in which future lockdowns in Italy are limited to one region or another, with thresholds set based on the risk to local hospitals. That would leave the poorer south with less leeway. On a per capita basis, some northern regions have four times the number of intensive care beds that Sicily does.
Italy ordered its nationwide lockdown six weeks ago, and the measures — which include closures and limits on people leaving their municipality — have succeeded in slowing the spread of the virus. This week, for the first time during the outbreak, Italy reported that the number of ongoing coronavirus cases was declining. Still, more than 25,000 people have died of the virus, the highest toll in Europe.
The virus has also taken a serious economic toll. Italy is likely to see its steepest recession since World War II.
For some, the thirst to return to normal is intense. This week, textile companies in Tuscany threatened to defy the government and reopen before the lockdown was lifted.
Roberto Rosati, 61, who owns one of those textile companies, said businesses were losing out on seasonal orders. His company was already stocked with face masks, gloves and scanners to measure employees’ temperatures, he said. Workers would be stationed at “astronomical” distances from one another. And yet, he said, bureaucratic hurdles were preventing the reopening — and threatening the future of his business.
“This will kill us,” he said of the stoppage. “We aren’t asking for money. We’ve been screaming since March to let us work.”

The tadRed Step Entrance Bus Running Day, organised by Mortons Travel, takes place tomorrow (Saturday 31st December 2016) and will utilise around 12 buses of varying ages on a number of routes running into Reading from Baughurst (TR1), Mortimer (142,143) and Riseley (112).
Buses being used include recently acquired former Preston Bus Leyland Lynx G215KRN and former Alder Valley Leyland National 218 KPA369P seen here at the Mortons depot the day before the event.
The running day marks the end of step entrance buses in normal service in the UK and Mortons are running the event in aid of St. Michael's Hospice in Basingstoke.

[Facebook post] I've visited the Memorial to the Murdered European Jews (a.k.a. the Holocaust Memorial) twice now. In part to get a better understanding of the site and in part to take photographs under different lighting conditions. My first visit there was under gray skies. Yesterday I took advantage of a brief moment of sunlight to capture a different perspective.
As I've gotten more into photography over the last few years, I've become fascinated with how powerful repetition of a simple geometrical form can be. I've also come to appreciate the power of the sharp contrast of light and shadow. When I came across this view of the memorial in the fleeting afternoon sun, it reminded me of the photo of the Alte Nationalgallerie colonnade I took a couple of days ago. I guess it is a colonnade of sorts.
I have a lot to say about this memorial. But it will have to wait until I have more time to assemble and edit appropriate photos and compose the corresponding text.
A Facebook post told us that a Routemaster bus would be visiting Old Coulsdon today, and giving free rides on a short section of the old 190 route that used to serve our village. Imagine our delight when not one RM turned up but two, RM1214 (214CLT) dating from 1962 and RM2213 (CUV213C) from 1965, one of the last batch of standard length RMs. RM1214 was giving the rides, while RM2213 was there in support because, as is well known, London buses don’t like to be alone. Here’s the conductor complete with Gibson ticket machine, and weighed down by innumerable badges!

According to my charts, the S.H. Figuarts Wonder Woman 84 figure should be released soon, so I suppose it's an opportune time for me to back pedal and fill in a gap or two in the collection.
Back in the Winter (man does it feel like forever), I purchased the Mafex Justice League Wonder Woman figure, after being thoroughly disappointed with the Mezco release and not having found the first Figuarts release at a sane price (that came a few months later).
While the Mafex JL WW was not as articulated in body as the Figuarts was, the Mafex body was generally functional (lightyears better than the Mezco one) and had a much nicer head sculpt. Between the two, I gave the slight win to the Mafex.
The WW 84 Figuarts release, based on photos, is well positioned to resolve the face issue, but I foresee some issues that unless I'm mistaken, they didn't resolve from the first release. But the harping on that figure will happen in due time.
A few nights ago, I stumbled upon a Facebook post selling the one Mafex Wonder Woman I did miss/pass, the solo movie version. It wasn't complete, missing the uncoiled Lasso of Truth, but for $30 CAD, I wasn't too fussy.
I had done my homework already so I knew what to expect. The solo version has the same body as the JL version, so articulation was going to be identical. The solo figure would come with the Godslayer Sword and.. whatever they called her shield, rather than the BvS or JL version (which strangely changed anyway). She'd have both coiled and uncoiled Lasso of Truths, but solo would lack the Motherbox. The Bandolier, like the JL version, wraps up to her right shoulder, and features a spot to hold her sword.
Like the jump from solo to JL, the jump to solo from BvS was pretty significant from a finish perspective. The solo figure featured some brighter colours compared to the JL version, which looking at it now, seems to be the case for the WW 84 movie. The Bracers of Submission, along with her armlet, feature some light gold highlights
Mafex hadn't quite figured out what a healthy human being looked like yet, so the solo figure complexion was still somewhat on the yellow side. It does appear that Mezco was aware of what a human face looked like, however. The improvements over the BvS version were quite noticeable, even if it was simply the BvS sculpts actually being painted properly - the neutral face on the JL version appears to be a reworked solo face, but the angry head is definitely all new.
Overall, I can't say I was disappointed with this figure, given the price and background knowledge. I purposely skipped getting this figure at full retail as the improvements really didn't tickle my fancy until the JL version. While having it in hand does show me the improvements were quite significant compared to BvS, there is nothing in the solo version that would possible cause me to dethrone the JL figure.
As of this writing, there has strangely been no Mafex solicitation for the WW 84 movie, which is a shame because they were definitely moving in the right direction with the JL release. Maybe Bandai was the only player this time around, which is great cause I'd love a Figuarts Golden Armour to go with my McFarlane.
On the other hand, who knows - 2020 has been a messed up year, and we're only halfway there. I guess ultimately, only time will tell.

I was surprised to see this fine looking building closed. The Wild Boar at Tarporley. There were a few windows boarded up but not much of an atempt to secure the site.
Every time I've been past it seemed quite busy.
Oddly, the website still seems to be up and running and it doesn't say anything about closure. In fact I can only find one mention on the web and that is in a Facebook post:-
