The repair clamps with the first couple of coats of Plasti Dip. I ended up putting seven or eight coats on these. If I had it to do over I would have roughed these up first because the Plasti Dip didn't want to stick to the stainless steel.

I haven’t ridden this in months and months. I did get a good bit of exercise just now by lifting all the work clothes that Hadley has piled up on it. (Come On. I am guessing we are not the only ones who use an exercise bike as a clothes rack.).

Okay, I'm still unlikely to actually get around to using this thing, but it's the thought that counts.

There is no sense having an exercise bike if it is not going to be used.

not what I had planned to do but been a busy day and I simply forgot all about doing this challenge. So this will have to do. Boring but feet are not on the ground !

Found slide. Party in what seems to be somebody's basement. Note the hunting motif. The lady in blue owns English Setters (as seen in related slides). Everyone at this party seems to have been on the exercise bicycle at least once.

I guess having a fire to dispose of sensitive material is easier than owning a shredder.

That exercise bike looks like it doesn't get much use.

The exercise room at my apartment complex where I went to go work out.

The repair clamps were used to attach the laptop stand to the exercise bike's handle bars. Two @ $4.98 each.

Saw a guy selling exercise bikes here this morning. When I drove past this abandoned used car lot this evening, the bike salesman was gone, but he had left this one exercise bike behind.

Found slide, ca. 1971. Party in what seems to be a basement. This is what happens when you combine weird lighting, mismatched furniture, hunting murals and double-knit polyester clothing.

This picture was taken in the early 1990's. It is apparent from the pants hanging over the bike, that the cat got more use out of this piece of exercise equipment than his owners ever did.

This is the bolt that controls the tension on my folks' stationary bike. I look at it everyday when I'm on the treadmill but never have my camera. Today, I did, so...voila: today's red photo.

I found this in one of the photo albums. It had to be taken after 1975 - that is when I joined the Nav, prior to that I never saw an exercise bike.

The MacBook setting in the frame. The gap at the rear of the laptop was intentional to leave enough room for the laptop to open. It also makes a nice place to grab the MacBook when removing it from the stand.
