With the summer heating afternoon Arizona temps well above 100F (over 40C) Japser needs some indoor exercise. Lucky we have this recumbent exercise bike. I told him that the bike helmet might not be necessary on a stationary bike and dogs don't sweat, so the towel may not be necessary, but he's got stubborn streak. No harm I guess.

This center is designed, quipped and staffed for reconstructive surgery and the intensive rehabilitative care of all the crippling and deforming diseases and injuries. The hospital is directly connected to Gottsche's lobby, and the facilities of each institution are available to the other.

Barbie Gym Workout playset. This was the first Barbie playset I ever had. I remember getting it when I was 4 years old in 1985. I have since found the other little weight.
The storm of yesterday blow away and was followed by a great day! Victoria Street on a walk around the city to catch up on what is happening May 30, 2014 Christchurch New Zealand.
Tiki was the inspiration for my screen name. Here she is in her safe, happy place. Who knew that she'd fall in love with the exercise bike when we introduced it to the house? You can always find her crawling around the handlebars, sleeping safely perched there, and using the foam padding or rubber matting for a claw sharpener.
Found this disused exercise bike in the derelict St Johns Orphanage. The building was built in 1912, and has been sitting empty for a few years now. Interesting place to explore. Little bit of an experience with the wind blowing doors open and shut. A large collection of pigeons watching your every move.

My old exercise bike. That belt should be in the groove, unfortunately a large section sheared off leaving it well and truly broken!
My husband exercising vigorously on the exercise bike!! I liked the motion blur of the pedal shaft. I can't post to the Macro Mondays group but part of the the attempt at slower shutter speed to intentionally capture motion.
It truly was one of the more surreal "projects or installations" I've come across, but fittingly local and fittingly weird, just the way the locals like it.
