You have invested in this map [Arkan Taro VIII] the idea of static equilibrium, whereas here it should be dynamic. Nature is not a grocer weighing a pound of sugar; This is the process of compensating complex rhythms. You should feel that every correction is filled with great passion: the correction should be a holiday, and not the complacency's complacency at the sight of the balance that has come together.
...
In the old Taro decks, this card was called "Justice". But in this word there is not the slightest sense, except for purely human, and, therefore, relative; therefore, it cannot be considered as one of the phenomena of Nature. Justice in any theological or ethical understanding of nature is not inherent; However, nature is inherent accuracy.
This card corresponds to the sign of Libra. It symbolizes the balance of all things.

This is my country - Singapore. A tiny island of 4 million people in South East Asia. Some call us the 'little red dot', but Singapore has managed to punch well above its weight in the international arena, with its strong financial hub status, and key strategic location and alliances with major powers. A multi-cultural city state made up of ~75% ethnic Chinese, ~15% Malays, ~10% ethnic Indians, and a sizeable Eurasian and Expatriate population, we are a mish-mash of cultural influences, belielfs and traditions.

I came across this sign on a 5K walk/run fundraiser for Hope Kids. It is at Brandtjen Farm development in Lakeville,Minnesota. They were very gracious to donate the site for a great event to benefit Hope Kids. On this photo I edited it so the dream sign seems out of focus, kind of like your dreaming!
