Drown Me Slowly

Audioslave

I've got a will this time don't care what you say

I've got a feeling this will all go away

It's in the wind this time it's in the southern sky

I can't walk on water yet won't even try

[Chorus]

So drown me slowly

Enclose me

Drown me slowly alright

Drown me slowly

Enfold me

Drown me slowly

All that I took with me was a bad taste in my mouth

Went all around the world just couldn't spit it out

Just like ground zero was the surface of the sun

That's a sickness I can't fix it not all at once

[Chorus]

So drown me slowly

Enclose me

Drown me slowly alright

Drown me slowly

Enfold me

Drown me slowly

Or is he actually a drowning ninja? He's also missing his hands...we'll have to ask my nephew where they are. He found his way into this small ramekin which is used for baking little delicacies such as one of my favourites - individual self saucing chocolate puddings. Which has nothing to do with the ninja.

I chose not to get rid of my breast reduction scar.

I go through spurts of emotion. Ups and downs. Every which directions. I feel like a self-portrait can be a few things. For me, I feel like both an actor in front of my own camera and also like I'm showing everyone who I am and how I feel. It is a weird combination of both. I am so uncomfortable telling people how I feel in real life. The only times I have felt 100% comfortable showing my heart and soul to the world is through self-portraits.

Enjoy the Weekend....and listen to a little Corinne Bailey Rae!! one of my favs....she is absolutely amazing!! the voice of an ANGEL......check her out!!

Hamnøy, Moskenes, Norland County, Lofoten Island, Norway.

The small fishing village of Hamnøy is the most pittoresque village I have ever seen.

Visible in the foreground is a traditional type of seasonal houses used by fishermen, called Rorbuer. Today these houses are – renovated or new – mostly rented to tourists. Visible in the background is the mountain Festhæltinden, which rises about 389 metres (1276.3 feet) above sea level.

Dead trees in 't Vinne. A former poplar wood brought back to its natural state of swamp. Gives a biotope to masses of waterfowl.

Attempting that "eyes at water level" look.

Happy creative Sunday everyone.

Three people drowned in the flood disaster of the past few days in Lower Austria alone. Earlier, a firefighter had already suffered a fatal accident while pumping out a cellar.
