"Blue as the evening sky, blue as cranesbill flowers, blue as the lips of drowned men and the heart of a blaze burning with too hot a flame. Yes, sometimes it was hot in this world, too. Hot and cold, light and dark, terrible and beautiful, it was everything all at once."

I love the water around me. That's why it's uploaded. haha, I wish you were able to see the fear part. :/ I still am content with it! :D
thanks!
special thanks to my neighbor and friend, brooke, for modeling for me today when my sister cancelled last minute because she thought seeing her boyfriend was more important.
Or is he actually a drowning ninja? He's also missing his hands...we'll have to ask my nephew where they are. He found his way into this small ramekin which is used for baking little delicacies such as one of my favourites - individual self saucing chocolate puddings. Which has nothing to do with the ninja.

Watching the Pantà de Sau (Reservoir of Sau) when it is full of water grants you a wonderful sight of the landscape surrounding it. High steep hills all around the water and trees covering every meter of land. The perfect place for a summer evening getaway. But when the water descends, a more interesting thing appears. i wish i didn't have to live in this world. i wish i could fall into the world of my photography and that was my true reality...
this is a super old photo that i just found and "revived"... the originals pretty rough... but i like it now:)
"looking from underneath
fractured moonlight on the sea
reflections still look the same to me
as before i went under" - Florence and the Machine:)
It's just a cup of troubles,
Nothing too big.
You could drink it on down,
In a single swig.
But If you let them sit,
Then they'll all build up,
And soon you'll be drowning,
In your little teacup.
Drown Me Slowly
Audioslave
I've got a will this time don't care what you say
I've got a feeling this will all go away
It's in the wind this time it's in the southern sky
I can't walk on water yet won't even try
[Chorus]
So drown me slowly
Enclose me
Drown me slowly alright
Drown me slowly
Enfold me
Drown me slowly
All that I took with me was a bad taste in my mouth
Went all around the world just couldn't spit it out
Just like ground zero was the surface of the sun
That's a sickness I can't fix it not all at once
[Chorus]
So drown me slowly
Enclose me
Drown me slowly alright
Drown me slowly
Enfold me
Drown me slowly
An early morning shot from Thornham of some dead trees covered by the sea at high tide. It was the rippled reflections that caught my eye on a very benign looking sea.
