Andy's remodel job of the old shed. Notice the ramp to the sleeping quarters, air conditioner in the center, and radio up top. Spoiled dogs!
#2 in a series of 4 signs in my town which gently encourage dog owners not to let their pooches poo on the pavement (see set for others)

Brett is Dillon's brother. I can't believe both these little guys are still available for adoption. I'm sure the fact that they're pit bull babies has a lot to do with it. :(
Well when I wasn't so busy this week, didn't have a fever and last but not least the wheather wasn't so bad, I would've loved to go to the zoo and make some pictures there!
Now my own doggie had to be the model. I've seen some time ago shots of dogs with breed names taken literally, which I really loved. So this was my chance.
Searched for a crown and a royal robe. And off we went!
Normally I won't do these things with my dog, just you know, haha. ;)
(Shhh, this is actually a princess crown of the local toy store, but don't tell the dog; he's a male! :) )
A pair of Black-tailed Prairie Dogs give me the eye. These guys look like they are fat enough to hibernate this winter, but p-dogs don't hibernate. They stay active all winter and are a vital food source for a number of prairie animals and raptors.

Opie is an 8-month old brindle pittie mix available for adoption at the Marion County Dog Shelter in Salem, OR
Lots of dogs put their best feet forward at this morning's ANZAC ceremony in Oxford Street, Bulimba. The dogs, and their relationship with their humans reminded me of many stories of courage and sacrifice featuring dogs. This morning's dogs demonstrated a lovely relationship with their humans and their environment.
Can't believe it's 2 years (Now 3) since Sam came home from Battersea. It was thought at first that Sam was a "Patterdale Terrier" cross but now I've been told by somebody who knows the breed that in fact he is a full "Patterdale".
He does have the terrier mentality of "Chase it if it moves and if it doesn't move still chase it!" and has turned into a very friendly and bouncy little dog who thinks every dog he meets wants to play and is on a mission to get to know all the squirrels in Greenwich Park!.
