Local farmland, holsteins and fall colored trees

Last sighting of this seo week before last. Starting to wonder if he has moved to another area. Was great to again find one by myself this year instead of chasing others findings and reports

I have not taken any photos for a very long time but went to Wales recently and I was insipred again : ) Hope you are all keeping well.

From Glacier point - Yosemite National Park, California

Better as the sunshine caught It, a distant shot but I have waited so long for a perched kingy although I site one flying past most days.

Many thanks to you ALL for the views, faves and comments you make on my shots it is very appreciated.

This is a night time view that I took on the North Cornwall coast, looking from Trevelgue Head at Porth towards the distant lights of Newquay. I remember it being very difficult to keep everything still in the strong breeze and I couldn't really see much either.

Karaath stands atop a tower taking in the beauty of the moon of Nargoskarot and her sister planet, Maltuni.

Bird Rock and Cadair Idris in the distance.

Distance is just a test to see how far you can travel.

Let Her Go - Listen

Well you only need the light when it's burning low

Only miss the sun when it starts to snow

Only know you love her when you let her go

Only know you've been high when you're feeling low

Only hate the road when you’re missin' home

Only know you love her when you let her go

And you let her go

And you let her go (oh, oh, ooh, oh no)

And you let her go (oh, oh, ooh, oh no)

Will you let her go??

I love looking out our front door!

I never know what I will see...

On the afternoon of June 4, 2017, I saw rain falling on the horizon...

Sunset behind a distant windfarm, the best I could do with the lens I had with me at the time.

Distant Blaven

This is a shot taken just before sunset from Ord looking over towards Blaven. I had set up my shot and was waiting for the sun to go down but coming over from Elgol way was a little rain storm which helped diffuse the bright sunlight and give some great conditions. Please Enjoy:)

The walkway from Gatwick Airport North Terminal to the Sofitel Hotel.

I set out to see a snowy owl on the Waterville Plateau (Eastern Washington) and I saw one. Far, far away... but I still saw one.

I talked to a couple other guys who were also crisscrossing the countryside looking for owls and they said they found a few more, but none that were any closer than this one.

Valley view looking towards Gloucester.

Lances of light drive down from the clouds.

A set of road power coasts down the La Habra Subdivision, passing the approach signal to a nearby diamond. They'll pick up a trainload of double stacks and bring them back toward Long Beach.

Another shot from Graffiti Alley in Toronto. You cannot go here and only take a few shots.

Happy Window Wednesday

The breeze that blew around her hair that day,

The timeless dress that flowed in endless sway...

We came across this view when driving back from an early morning visit to Blea Tarn. We all jumped out the car to capture this view over the Great Langdales.
