I've been working on a better way to display my minifigures than just the regular plate they give you in the packets. I built little cubbie holes in a building to fit minifigures, it works great! Also, a reason that it looks really cool is that you can customize the building to match the minifigures! I made a display case for my Ninjago minifigures and my Castle minifigures.

Sambor Prei Kuk - Prasat Sambor.
Sambor Prei Kuk is a collection of 7th century temple ruins located in Kampong Thom province about 120km from Siem Reap town. Consisting of dozens of impressive brick
prasats in semi-cleared jungle, many ruins displaying excellent examples of early Khmer art, this pre-Angkorian complex is a important destination for the serious temple visitor. Sambor Prei Kuk are the ruins of the city of Isanapura, the capital of the pre-Angkorian Khmer kingdom known from Chinese chronicles as Zhendla (Chenla.) The city was constructed by Isanavarman I (r. 616 - 635AD) when Zhendla was at its apex more than 150 years before the rise of Angkor. There are three main complexes: Preah Sambor/North Group; Preah Tor (‘Lion Temple’)/Central Group; Preah Yeay Poun/South Group as well as a number of minor ruins. The main temple complexes are walled, containing a number of prasats in differing states of ruin. Some of the carvings on the prasats’ lintels, columns and pilasters are in very good shape and display wonderfully detailed examples of pre-Angkorian artistry. Large bas-reliefs rendered in brick on the prasats and compound walls represent some of the earliest use of this art form in Khmer art. Octagon shaped prasats are another comparatively unique architectural feature found at Sambor Prei Kuk. Ruin N7 in the North Group and several of the structures in the South Group are octagonal and in relatively good condition.

Haven't seen one bracketed in like this before. I asked the manager if I could buy it off them, as they were starting to dismantle and downsize this area, and she said she'd call me if it was not going to be reused lol. Fingers crossed.
I had three males that stayed close on Saturday. It helps when not a lot of people there also. I took a series of the display shots, but liked this pose best.
My sister's friends did this to some stuffed animal horses in a store down the street from where they are.
So the last few weeks have been super crazy around here preparing for my graduation.
This is the final product, after 3 years of hard work. I had my illustrations hanging up on the wall (31 of them!) as well as my painted skateboard deck, a cuckoo clock that i made and drew on, and a jackalope head that i also made and painted.
I displayed my portfolio on a stack of old suitcases, with my business cards held in a birds nest that i made all finsihed up with some bunting i also made from vintage bias binding and paper with one of my pattern designs printed on it. Three little bunnies watched over my display.

Kiku has been meticulously cultivated and expertly trained into exquisite shapes and arrays, advancing floriculture to such a degree that there are names for more than 10,000 styles. These techniques have been developed over 1,500 years.

This is a portion of a display of handmade pottery at Bluff Country Artists' Gallery in Spring Grove, Minnesota.
An assortment of moonbase buildings and structures formed the bottom of the display, with my monorail model in the foreground. The business card holder on the right side of the image was filled with our club business cards and when I returned two days later, they were already gone!
On Sunday, May 28, 2006 several of us members of the Bay Area LEGO Users' Group converged upon the Valley Fair Mall LEGO Store in Santa Clara, CA to set up our new "Window on the Community" display there. The theme is "Microscale Space." Photos by Bill Ward.

I built a small (minifig scale) crawler crane. It's not motorized, but has gearing to work the two winches.
The red bridge is a simple truss bridge with a dark bley road deck.
The short sections of small trusses (the light gray) are just generic trusses to show the concept.
And there's a Brick Fiesta advertisement in the back! :-) Brick Fiesta is less than three months away!

Belgian Air Force F-16 Solo Display Team
The Belgian Air Force F-16 Solo Display Team for 2015-2017 is based at Kleine Brogel AB. The home base of the BAF F-16 Solo Display Team shifts between Kleine Brogel and Florennes AB every two to three years. In 2015 the Florennes team - who had acted as the BAF representatives between 2012 and 2014 - handed over their responsibility to Kleine Brogel AB for showcasing the BAF F-16 Solo Display Team for the coming period. The BAF F-16 Solo Display Team is comprised of personnel from both resident units at Kleine Brogel being 31 and 349 squadrons. Commandant Tom "Gizmo" De Moortel is flying his first season as the display pilot for the BAF F-16 Solo Display Team.
The demo might seem spectacular to the general public, but in fact contains standard F-16 manoeuvres which are flown during practise sessions as operational missions. The only difference between real life operations and this demo is that these manoeuvres are flown in a smooth pattern and at very low altitude. This does mean the demo puts a lot of G forces on the pilot which limits the demo to a maximum of around 15 minutes, giving the audience an overview of the F-16s manoeuvrability and the skills of all F-16 pilots in the Belgian Air Force.
Demo pilot 'Gizmo'
BAF F-16 Solo Dispay Pilot Tom “GIZMO” De Moortel joined the Belgian Air Force in 1996 and started his standard pilot training at Beauvechain Air Base with prom 96A. After completing basic flying training on the Alenia Aermacchi (formerly: SIAI Marchetti) SF-260M/D and basic jet training on the Dassault-Breguet/Dornier Alpha Jet 1B, he received his pilot wings in 1998. He then went to become a C-130 pilot at Melsbroek Air Base but returned to Beauvechain Air Base 2 years later as an Instructor Pilot on the SF-260.
“GIZMO” started his conversion training with the Operational Conversion Unit (OCU) at Kleine Brogel Air Base in 2005 and began flying Lockheed Martin F-16s. He joined 31 squadron at Kleine Brogel Air Base in 2006 and became the Wing Aviation Safety Officer (WASO) there in 2013. He has over 4,400 hours flying of which around 1,500 hrs on the F-16 MLU.
The Jet
The aircraft chosen to be Tom’s companion throughout the season is F-16AM #FA-123. It recently received the so-called MLU M6.1 update making it the most modern of all operational F-16s within the Belgian Air Force. The aircraft received an impressing three-tone gray/black/white colour scheme. The aircraft is called ‘Blizzard’ and the stunning colour scheme is designed so it complements the vortices and smoke winders during the display routine. The idea was – once again - realized by Johan Wolfs and Peter Verheyen together with the KB Paintshop.
Decided to display all of my dolls of the same character together. I ran out of stands so I decided operetta and spectra won't be represented in this display. I new more stands!!!
