SCHIEDAM - Dit weekend kon vanwege werkzaamheden de Intercity Direct niet rijden tussen Rotterdam en Amsterdam. In plaats van te keren in Rotterdam werd dit gedaan in de "sjoelbak", Den Haag Centraal. De Hofstad werd (slechts) dit weekend dus na lang wachten aangesloten op de HSL, met een directe verbinding naar Rotterdam en Breda.
