Really tasty halibut ceviche that Michael made.
Ingredients included:
Halibut
Lime juice
Grapefruit juice and pieces
Red and green chiles
Salt
Tomatillos
Cilantro
Garlic
Mint

Coming back to China after 6 months in England, I have found that these "Duck neck" shops have sprung up in every corner of the city, form Chengdu in the west to Hangzhou in the East. But...duck neck?!? All I can imagine is oily skin, chewy gristle and crunchy bone...sound appetizing?

Pan Fried Turbot on mixed greens and cucumbers tossed with a garlic ginger vinaigrette. With sliced mangos and persimmons...it was pretty good. The Tom Yum soup with shrimp we made was better..
These are the best damn grapes I've ever eaten. They epitomize what I think of when I think of grapes. Delicious, honey-sweet, juicy centers wrapped in tart, flavourful sticky skins.
