well I may be awful at savoury cooking but baking is something I'm pretty alright at. And candy making. Mmmm fudge :D
So I fudged (eheh) around with this recipe: blogs.babble.com/family-kitchen/2011/08/12/no-bake-bluebe...
Aaaand here's my own version, with the amounts of stuff converted to be actually useful ;D or maybe europe friendly.
for the base: 1 pckg of Digestives (no chocolate, obviously), 3 spoons of butter, a pinch of vanilla sugar. Bake at 190 degrees celsius (gas mark 5) for ~10 mins, but watch it super closely as it burns easily.
for the delicious yogurt filling:
one 75g package of jelly powder (it comes in 75g packages in the first place, at least over here, so that should be an easy one), flavour of your choice., 260g of yogurt.
Now if you want the filling to be sweet, use matching jelly and yogurt (ie blueberry jelly + yogurt, peach jelly + yogurt), (well you can also use unmatching ones, but god knows how that's going to taste like).
BUT if you want the filling to be extra yogurty use plain nonflavoured yogurt (in this case though you might want to top it with something as 260g plain yogurt isn't going to be very sweet).
Use only HALF of the recommended amount of water to dissolve the jelly! This is probably going to be 250 ml. Remember to let the liquid cool down before you add yogurt or it'll go all weird and gross and inedible.
:D
One of the meals we ate at the Griffin Lake Lodge. I really love that place. The lodge is for sale now and I do not know if the new owners will keep it the same.
Best food in the world in my opinion..Taken with a Nikon D610 and a Tamron 24-70, purchased after watching so many of Matt's(TNG) videos on 24-70 showdown..good times
Well, I most certainly going to be snacking on one of these lovely choco wafers!!

... my very soul is wedded to it, and if I were a bird I would fly about the earth seeking the successive autumns.
I needed to take a landscape photo for ComTech, and this is the result. I love the color and the clouds ... such pretty clouds!! I'll be uploading a similar one soon ... a panorama I did of the entire landscape!!
Nongu is got from the inside of the fruit of the palmyra tree.It is delicious,jelly-like with a spoonful of sweet water inside it.It is available in summer months in TamilNadu.
The Palmyra tree was considered a symbol for the Pandya kings who ruled over Tamil Nadu.
Unpeeled nongu can be seen in my picture by clicking the link,

Our cooperative effort for dinner paid off, so the main course is served. Besides squash and salmon, Leslie Anne also cooked some Potatoes au Gratin. Earlier we had beer and cheese and a mixed green salad. Delicious! Oh yeah, the food was good, too.
To top it off: a delicious strawberry (= very healthy!) cake / tartlet.
Served by my friend Dave (check out his beautiful photo stream!) and his wife, as part of a DELICIOUS 3-course dinner.
Can anyone (British?) explain me the difference between a cake and a tart(let)?
