A cold draft
Another winter windy day at the park! While the wind drives me a bit batty when I try to get a flattering photograph, it does ensure that I have the park to myself.
Years ago, a commenter on my blog informed me that this skirt was to be worn with the wrap in front to catch the tropical breezes (in Thailand). Today, it caught the not-so-tropical December breezes (in Sacramento).

e arriverà anche dicembre
che con la sua coltre coprirà e raggelerà il mio cuore caldo,
che soffre troppo

This image was captured just 5 minutes before the last one I posted. (At 3:32 in the afternoon) Notice the huge color change that took place within those five minutes. Mother Nature is amazing.
Beautiful clear day and dusk on one of the few remaining days of 2017.
The sun, however, barely gets over the trees, before disappearing behind the horizon.
This golden sky is shot just after 3 PM.
The good news is that days are, very slowly, getting longer :-)
In six months this light would be at 10:30 PM instead.
