ok, it's a dress really, but the skirt part on this one is looking the best of my recent attempts. i can't get it to sway right just yet and i haven't drawn the velvet texture at all, but it's looking halfway promising.
Red stripe dress with zip fastening, Dark red apron (working pocket) with hook & eye fastening, white corset with cupid wings and hook & eye fastenings, a white petticoat skirt and a pair of thigh high socks.
This makes a lovely outfit all set up together or two very cute outfits when separated.
All items are part machine and part hand sewn so please treat them with care.

So, I found this dress at the flea market today. I bought it with the intention of cutting it up because the fabric is cute... got it home - and it fit me!
I am not a small girl and never find any cute vintage stuff in my size - I didn't even look at what size this was when I picked it up.
It could use some alterations and a proper belt (that is just scrap fabric tied around my waist LOL) but I paid $2 for it..
