Y254 DRC, an Optare Excel operated by Hunter`s of Daventry, is photographed along Royal Oak Way, as it returns home after completing another day of school duties.

Finally, Hunters Optare Excel Y254 DRC is captured. However, it`s not the shot I had hoped for, but after such a wait, it`ll do for now! It is seen just on the edge of Braunston, having finished picking up the school kids, and is now on it`s way to William parker school in Daventry.
The shadow just behind the bus is caused by a parked van, which ruled out my desired shot. The other shot is a hundred yards further to the right, but that was ruled out by a lorry collecting a digger! This shot just about managed to avoid the shadow, a double glazing van which can just be seen through the rear window, and some orange plastic fencing surrounding freshly dug holes for some pipework. It`s amazing I managed any sort of shot at all!
