CAMP CASEY, South Korea – The Thunder Inn Dining Facility wins the 2nd Infantry Division Commanding General’s Best Dining Facility of the year competition for fiscal year 2014, October 22, 2014 on Camp Casey, South Korea. Spc. Troy B. Gibson, a cook with 307th Brigade Support Battalion, and Sgt. Joshua P. Foor, a team leader with 1st Brigade Special Troops Battalion, both with 1st Brigade Combat Team, 82d Airborne Division won Installation Culinary Specialist of the Quarter and Installation Culinary NCO of the Quarter for second quarter of 2009.
