i don't know you. i found your photo. you are going to a museum and i'm calling you "The Process of Life."

Interested not only in creating art, but also creating dialog in art and striving to continue my studies in theory and public art practice. This collection of found images brings up and presents a societal scrapbook time capsule inviting the public to admire and climb in by adding their own memories and experiences to the installation. Images found range from early American life of new settlers photographs on sheets of tin to Polaroid land camera instants from the 1960's and continues on to present day. It is a public forum of art celebrating life in America and a visual space to see how we have seen each other first hand. Nothing represents our past like photographic snapshots taken by the everyday individual. The goal of this presentation is to see ours lives in the purest of forms, unglamourized by Hollywood, tv and tabloids and share the beauty of everyday life, family, sleep-overs, birthdays, and the everyday existence we all share. The title "The Process of Life" represents the installation as not only the literal process in which film undergoes but also the vision of a continuous process with public additions into the collection constantly. This unique body of work will be ever changing and growing in content and real-time evolution as a piece of art work for years to come. Don't forget to bring your photo to the Dunedin Fine Art Center Jan 25/26 to add to Marina Williams' pod installation. Thank you in advance for your participation.
