After loading this film into my development cannister, just before I was about to pour the B&W Ilfosol3 developer in, I noiticed the empty film cartridge lying in the waste basket - it *finally* registered in my thick brain that this was a roll of Ektar 100.- a COLOUR film. Oops. I spent a little while reading various sources to determine what my options were. It seems one can develop colour film quite nicely with B&W developer. The negatives might be awkward to scan depending on your scanner but otherwise they are just fine.
This image is proof of the technique. I've done this several times over the years since and always with good results.
About the image itself now - Colleen has modelled for me a couple of times in the past. She was visiting the city for a day and suggested we meet up for a catchup and just hang out for a bit.

I've made these charts because I couldn't find any reliable information on how to expose a film for this "reverse xpro". From these results, I like something between -1 and 0 best - it may however be different with other films.
A different angle of the capitol cross processed. Wow, did it take well to the xpro. i also added a faint vignette. Mm... fauxmo.

I imagined the image needed color for the cross processing to be apparent, so I included some preserves I made. Food is my responsibility, but the clock better represents work for me. The clip-on lenses are for all those tiny pastimes that are getting too hard to see as I age. I recently saw a child's deck of Pokemon cards and realized that even there was text too small for my squinting eyes,
Photo is from last year but I'm just trying out a Lightroom preset that I am working on.
Photo was taken using window light only.

This is photos from my absolutely first roll of Fuji velvia.
It was accidentally Xpro by a Swedish lab. And I didn't know what happened. At this point I feel that I was never gonna shoot film again.
(I was not given up) =)
And I recently found this roll and gives it a real scan.
Its only 2 years ago I went into film. May 2013.

I went on a drive today with my pen pal's mix cd "autumn is for dreamers" and my favorite part was hearing sufjun steven's "casimar pulaski day" through my speakers and seeing the leaves blow in the rear view mirror as I drove away.
