We made a girl cookie to go with our Greg cookies :) We made ourselves too but they didn't turn out that well...

Cream Cheese Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
3/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup margarine
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups milk chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
Combine softened cream cheese, margarine, and sugars. Blend in
egg and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Add
chocolate chips and mix.
Bake 15-18 minutes or until edges are slightly browned.
This might be my favorite of the shots today. It's really overcast outside, so working with the natural light meant very long shutter speeds...
I never tried making cookies before... When I saw this Swedish cookie machine I thought I'd give it a go :)
the cookies at lunch are absolutely amazing. they crumble when you pick them up, are seemingly undercooked and thus soft and chewy, and just delectable perfection.
This past weekend we had a Rock Band birthday party bash. There was a drum cake, guitar cookie and Karari Damacy cake. All were delicious and beautiful!
Shortbread
2 cups all purpose flour
1 heaping tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 pound butter softened
Preheat oven to 325
Mix the dry ingredients and than add the butter and cut in with a pastry blade.
I shape them into 4x 4 inch rounds, piercing each them into small "pie" wedges with a fork.
Shape as desired (1/2 inch thick) and bake for about 30 minutes, the should be a very light brown.
Break into serving size pieces before serving
