Chocolate chip almond cookies coated with dark chocolate
Ingredients are simply flour, egg, butter, ground almond, sugar and some choco chips. Bake at 200deg C for 10min : )
I actually make these for my lunches... while I like Tastykake (nothing beats a Tastykake... well, maybe not), if I can whip up some cookie dough and bake them in about 30 minutes, why not?!

In Shanghai China they are building what we call cookie cutter homes for the rich and middle class. These homes are identical in every way except when the person who owns the home comes in and decorates. By doing this method of construction it saves time and money and is easier to build than if you create new designs every time. In Shanghai they don't have time to come up with new designs when everything is changing so rapidly and they need new homes to accommodate the exploding population.
