CONNECT only manufacture batch cooker up to now.
Batch cooker is used to rendering the raw material of Poultry waste of feather and mixture by-products,animal waste into meal by the high temperature,pressure process.
First feeding the raw material into batch cooker and cooking for about 30 minutes with normal temperature, and seal it with cover until the temperature reach to 130℃ to kill E. Coli, break the keratin molecules. Keep cooking for 15 minutes after the working pressure reach to 0.3Mpa, and release the steam. Going on heating for about 20 minutes. If raw material is only feather, the protein contains is around 82%,after drying the water contains lower than 10%.
If the raw material is mixture poultry waste from chicken slaughterhouse, the protein contains is 65 to 70%, If the raw material is dead chicken , the protein contains is around 60%, and is similar for animal mixture by-products or dead carcass meal which is around 60%.

At first we were a little shell shocked at the price (79,800 Yen is roughly 798 Dollars) But I suppose - for a family size pressurized rice cooker that can go from 0 to serving in under 3 minutes... is pretty cool
But will it blend?
As its name suggests, our Classic range cooker boasts the kind of elegant trim and ornate craftsmanship that was more common in an era where style rarely gave way to efficiency.
It's blooming difficult (impossible?) to produce an exciting rice cooker image so I'm going to settle for a shot of dinner with a bit of rice bokeh.
"My best buy" for the November Scavenger Hunt is our rice cooker. It was a gift but I'd not hesitate to replace it in a shot. It's actually a rice cooker/steamer/slow cooker/porridge cooker in one and it's made our life immeasurably easier in the kitchen. Not least because it's a divine provider of near-instant, no-effort kedgeree.
No seasonings; we'll do something interesting with these, but it saves
time and energy to pressure cook the beans first.
