And I'm having so much fun cooking with these pressure cookers. The Lagostina made in Italy are much thicker gauge stainless steel then the ones made in China.
We go through 5 rice cookers in one year. That's about $100 dollars a year. So we just broke down and bought a new and fancy rice cooker. Yes, I'm embarassed to tell you how much it cost, but it's stainless steel (take THAT, nonstick). It was featured in the New York Times gift guide. But I bought it for myself instead. I decided to take a photo of myself in shiny glow of the stainless steel.
