laying just off Fingal Head, is Cook Island. The island is actually an aquatic reserve that is home to several threatened or protected species including the giant Queensland groper, black rockcod, goldspotted rockcod (formerly known as estuary cod) and the grey nurse shark.
It also makes for great photographs :D

My mother's Christmas present to me. She gave me the money last December but I only bought the rice cooker recently. This replaces my very big and very old 18 year-old rice cooker which I got for wedding gift and no longer energy efficient. My mother is helping me transition to an empty nester soon!
I am keeping the old in case I entertain at home and need to cook lots of rice.
