In a building part of the Sisganj Gurdwara Sikh temple is a big place where people can come to eat for free. Not only poor people come to enjoy these free meals. About 40 people where working to prepare the meals in a well organized process.
He was the only cook, taking care of those very nice and big copper (?) baskets, heated by wood fire, in which the cooked the meals.
Took a little stop along the spectacular Captain Cook Highway. Probably my favourite stretch of road in Australia. Well, so far.

Ao chegarmos no desfile ja era impossivel conseguir um lugar que fosse possivel assistir o desfile sem ver um monte de cabeça na frente, eis que o tio da minha namorada conseguiu um lugarzinho para mim la na frente, porem para uma criancinha era um espaço mais que suficiente, porem pra mim hehehe
São situaçoes assim que provam agente, por estar bem escuro escolhi a 50mm para usar, coloquei o flash em cima da camera e comecei a disparar, porem esqueci de me lembrar de pegar mais pilhas e claro as que eu levei acabaram, e com um controle a menos tive que entao usar a luz do ambiente, que era uma mistura de luzes coloridas com lampadas vapor de sodio da rua, que deixavam tudo amarelado hehe
espero que gostem!!

The cooked beans. This is a bit wet for wake-ewa and next time I'll probably drain some liquid off the beans before the rest of the ingredients go in.
Cooks or “the ones that make and prepare food” are most powerful and influential group in the new society – or at least they like to think so. It is sure they are very arrogant so most other groups created The SCCG (The Secret Cook Control Group) which lobbied with the new bureaucrats that enforced the law that made all cooks wear small black device around their chest. Cooks are told this makes their penises bigger but what it actually does is make them more afraid of authority.
One of my tasks for the AT cure this week is to cook at home. This is what I made tonight.
How-to: Marinate steak (or fresh tuna) in 2 tablespoons of mirin, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 tea spoon of sesame oil. Sauté and serve on a bed of lettuce on top of Japanese-style rice. Drizzle with hot pan juices and enjoy!

Magnesium Fire Steel
This consists of a block of solid magnesium with a full-length flint inset into one edge.
The soft magnesium is scraped with the Striker or a pocket knife into a small pile, which is ignited by scraping the edge of the Flint insert with the striker or a pocket knife.
The magnesium ignites to a temperature of 3000c which is more than enough to light the most stubborn of fires, even if wet.
