A company of six young well-to-do people posing in an open top Cadillac in a city street. Sadly, the impressive four-door convertible with its enclosed dual side-mount spare tires has a badly dented rear fender. I purchased this print from an Argentinian online vendor, so it was most likely taken in Argentina.

A very rare find to see a '41 but a convertible is even more rare. Dad spoke with the owner and he has another one.
23,562 Stingrays (8,186 coupes, 15,376 convertibles) rolled out of the St. Louis assembly plant in the 1965 model year between August 1964 and July 1965 with a $4,022 factory delivered price for the convertible (FOB St. Louis). 4-wheel disc brakes were standard in 1965.

The front looked like a caricature of that of an Aston DB5/6, while the fake license plate is obviously a nod to James Bond. Probably one of the countless British kit cars?

It looks nice but nevertheless I prefer the SLS AMG with gull-wing doors!

I know it's not a great photo. It's even difficult to tell what kind of car this is. And there's a nuisance shadow of a pole across its fender. But it was kicking around in my files for over a year so I present it here simply at face value simply to remove it from my ‘future posts’ file. There!
This evening, I saw this BMW M6 Convertible in my hometown. Luckily, the light was good and there were no other cars parked near this M6, so I had a nice chance to take some good pics!
