Im so used to seeing classic and modern Camaros in the HW line up that it was a bit of a shock to find a new one modelled by the Matchbox Team.
Ready just in time for the last batch of 2017 came this suitably stock looking 2016 Chevrolet Camaro Convertible. Being a product of the orange brand guaranteed it looked as factory fresh as possible with a plain but bold red colour enveloping a muscular and well pronounced body plus of course front and rear tampo detailing. I wonder if they will ever do a Rover 200 Cabriolet?
Bought from ASDA back in March 2018. Mint and boxed.
I saw this Corvair Convertible wile out walking my dogs. It was spotted on a Sunday morning in the parking lot of a large Baptist church. It seems as though this a lovely looking car is driven to church on Sundays. I don't like the styling of Corvairs, but I quite like this striking convertible.

But of course - you already knew that the Type 113 - the "Super Beetle" - also appeared in convertible form when it joined the standard Beetle for 1971, and this droptop Super Beetle was one of a couple displayed at the Terryville VW show.
The folding top of a Super Beetle convertible was so large it almost made the car look like it was going to tip over when folded down.
Simply stunning little model of the Jaguar XK8 convertible by Welly. Its almost criminal that such a large and complete range of low cost 1/64 diecasts constantly play second fiddle to Hot Wheels in so many World markets including here in the U.K. where their almost Eurocentric choices of vehicles such as this would be greatly appreciated. This Jaguar is just so beautifully proportioned with every sexy curve in the right place and a deep and glossy metallic finish just to remind you how seriously Welly give their all even in diecasts primarily aimed at young children. This was another Welly model I managed to get back in January 2016 from a Chinese bazaar in the Spanish resort of Sitges. Mint and boxed.

This is a rare 1939 Chevrolet Convertible that was on display at the show.
Taken at Marong Picnic Car Show, Victoria in 2015.
Black with red interior and black top. Has air ride and gold grill.
As found for sale: "Extremely nice Cadillac 58: a cab, fully renovated in 10 years.
New interior (leather), new crom, new paint,
new cab, new rims & tires, the car is completely stainless steel and painted over.
The car has taken numerous prizes at shows."

Here are two Beetle convertibles from two different eras. The one in the foreground is a later model - a '72 Super, if I'm not mistaken - with the stronger, one-piece bumpers that thankfully replaced the weaker ones after 1967. The one in the background is of the "classic" era, as evidenced by the two-toned paint job.
This Hornet convertible is apparently one of the 57 special prizes commissioned from Crayford by Heinz UK in 1966.
