This week's Nomad theme is 'container'. Here's one from the archive. This picture of very neat architectural boxes (people containers) was taken in Rotterdam two years ago.

I love growing edible things in pots, they add such a great ornamental value to my back deck. This is the first year I've grown cabbage in a pot and I love it.

After Halloween, I reused the pumpkins from my sister's wedding in the containers on my front porch. They add some great visual interest, while taking up empty space brought on by poor planning on my part when I planted them earlier this fall.
Serving no purpose other than to sit next to the other container satisfying passing flickrers unending desire to capture things serving no purpose, this abandoned container just sat there falling to bits.
