The plant in the interior plantscaping business most likely to be named the “go-to plant” is Pothos (botanical name Epipremnum aureum or Scindapsus aureum). Interiorscapers may get tired of it but they know that Pothos is an attractive and durable member of the team, with outstanding ability to tolerate low light conditions (25 foot candles and above).
Pothos would definitely get my vote as the go-to plant for those who are new to indoor plants. The cuttings growing in this recycled snack container are less than a month old. Read more here...

This San Antonio guest house is designed by Poteet Architects — who were recently honored with the 2010 San Antonio AIA Design Award for the project. This is proof that any small space, no matter its origin, can be transformed into a very functional and chic home. The secret is in the planning and the details.

A container from the shipwrecked Rena on Orokawa Bay beach. It was filled with timber when I saw it. But later emptied and turned into a beach tower. www.sunlive.co.nz/news/21386-tower-built-from-rena-debris...

I love this - ARMANI & BEN SHERMAN in a Container. Workmen mingling with happy shoppers.
my first time back ot Christchurch since the quakes... I lived here for over 10 years so it was emotional for sure!
A few thoughts.............
Today was my first visit to Chch since the quakes.., the sun shone, the water glistened, ducks swam on the Avon and people walked their dogs at Sumner.....
Ballantynes has reopened and the containers painted up as stores are awesome..great colour, flower planting, wheel barrows, construction men and people everywhere in the city... Wonderful to see.
Looking beyond the cliff faces are ragged or rugged reminders of what happened to this once tranquil city. Small luxury homes perched precariously atop cliffs with their verandahs already down at the bottom!! Stark reminders.
Not one church seemed to be unscathed - And there were so many beautiful stone churches! Container walls cheek by jowl line roads, some decorated to soften the reality of what happened here.... Pop up shops and cafes keeping the spirits alive.
God bless Christchurch..

This clever mural, by artist Mosher, uses old containers. It's encloses the patio for Recess, which is a large bar. The container, turned upright, forms a sort of tower for the King Kong-like figure to climb.

Finally this is ready to send off to Robert...
We have a very old Black Walnut tree in our back yard and it leaves these presents for us every year. The Squirrels love them... I plan on actually harvesting some of them this year.
