“Synopsis”
A Palestinian group from Gaza hacks into North Korea’s cryptocurrency system, stealing hundreds of millions of dollars. Their true goal is not money—but to recreate the lost homeland of Gaza on American soil.
Amid the backdrop of hardline Republican immigration policies and a growing wave of xenophobia, a quiet plan begins to take shape: the gradual collapse of America from within.
During a speech at Madison Square Garden, Republican presidential candidate Justin Bradford is shot. Almost simultaneously in Los Angeles, former president Owen Reed is attacked at a rally for Democratic hopeful Ryan Bennett.
Two assassinations—mirroring one another—ignite a nation’s deepest divide. Yet, against all odds, Justin survives. His blood type is one in 2.5 million: the Bombay Blood Group.
The only person who can donate such blood is Anaya Patel, a community art facilitator working in Brooklyn. Her blood, stored in the Bellevue Hospital Blood Bank, is used for an emergency transfusion that saves the candidate’s life.
Jack Vance, an agent of the U.S. Secret Service, suspects a Gaza-based network behind the attacks. Together with Cameron Bartlett, the FBI Director of the Los Angeles Field Office, and Veronica Reeves, a senior investigator from New York, he begins to uncover a vast conspiracy.
Their investigation leads them to Rafi Gannam, a former architecture student at the Islamic University of Gaza, who has infiltrated redevelopment sites across Los Angeles and New York—embedding C4 explosives deep within beams and structural cores.
His targets: new residential districts where agents of ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) and ERO (Enforcement and Removal Operations) live—symbols of “the order America built.”
Veronica urges the President to pursue dialogue to prevent further destruction, but President Grant M. Ranford refuses to listen.
Meanwhile, the recovering Justin and his Democratic rival Ryan appear on national television, calling for unity beyond political divisions.
Their words of reason, however, are drowned out when Grant takes the stage in Iowa, defiantly declaring: “We will never bow to terror.”
Among the crowd, Rafi’s operatives have already taken their positions.
As chaos erupts and the stage collapses, Amir Nasser—once Rafi’s comrade, haunted by the memory of his sister’s death in Gaza—tries desperately to halt the chain of destruction.
But Rafi’s conviction remains unshaken.
Under the twilight beneath the Williamsburg Bridge, amid the city’s fading noise, the two men part ways.
It is the boundary between prayer and vengeance, between hope and nothingness.

北朝鮮の仮想通貨システムをハッキングし、数億ドルを奪取したガザ出身のパレスチナ人グループが、アメリカ合衆国へ密かに潜入する。
彼らの目的は、失われた祖国ガザを、アメリカの地に「復元」することだった。
共和党による強硬な移民政策と、国内にくすぶる排外感情を利用し、アメリカ社会を内側から崩壊させる計画が静かに進行していく。
共和党大統領候補ジャスティン・ブラッドフォードがマディソン・スクエア・ガーデンで演説中に狙撃され、ほぼ同時刻、ロサンゼルスでは前大統領オーウェン・リードもまた、民主党候補ライアン・ベネットの集会で撃たれる。
国家を二分する双方向の暗殺。だが、ジャスティンは奇跡的に生還する。

A Robin knows the way - Today’s session focused on a compatibility test between the Nikon AF-S TC-14E III Teleconverter and the NIKKOR 500mm PF, paired with the Nikon Z8.
The test was carried out in both shaded and open light conditions, with particular attention to feather detail, contrast, and AF stability.
Conditions were challenging — temperatures slightly below average, but a sharp, face-cutting wind made it feel well below freezing.
All images were captured in natural light, under real field conditions.

photodump because i've done a lot of working on my characters but haven't uploaded anything. this is all of them using high poly heads instead of citrus heads, but that's not even their final form! after kouleifoh updated high poly head to include compatibility with expressive facegen morphs, i redid all of them again (the eternal woes of skyrim modding), but i want these versions - even if i'm not using them anymore - here for the record.

The person able to provide that precious blood is Anaya Patel, a community art facilitator working in Brooklyn.
Her blood had been stored in the blood bank at Bellevue Hospital, and through an emergency transfusion, the candidate’s life is barely held to this world.
The blood of one woman touches the fate of a nation.
What first appears to be coincidence begins, as though it had never been coincidence at all, to draw Anaya herself into the center of a vast and unfolding event.
Secret Service agent Jack Vance senses that an organization from Gaza is behind the attacks, and pursues the investigation alongside Cameron Bartlett, head of the FBI’s Los Angeles Field Office, and Veronica Reeves, a special agent in the New York office.
Before long, they arrive at the possibility that Rafi Ghannam, who studied architecture at the Islamic University, had infiltrated redevelopment sites in Los Angeles and New York, planting the seeds of destruction within the very structures of the buildings themselves.
The targets are newly built residential districts where employees connected to ICE and ERO live.
It is not merely an attack on facilities.
It is a cold retaliation aimed at the very order of America — an order that has managed, excluded, and classified immigrants.
To prevent further destruction, Veronica urges that the president open a dialogue.
But the sitting president, Grant Lanford, refuses to listen.

A view inside ESA’s cavernous Hertz chamber for radio-frequency testing of satellites, which will be on show to the public during this Sunday’s ESA Open Day in the Netherlands.
Isolated from the outside world with radio- and sound-absorbing internal walls, the chamber simulates the boundless conditions of space.
Its hybrid nature makes it unique: Hertz can assess radio signals from antennas either on a local ‘near-field’ basis or as if the signal has crossed thousands of kilometres of space, allowing it to serve all kinds of satellites and antenna systems.
This photo was taken during a visit to ESA’s technical centre in Noordwijk, the Netherlands by artist and photographer Monica Alcazar-Duarte: “Once the door of the chamber was opened I was presented with a landscape that could have come from a science fiction film. I know this is not the case of course but the room was incredibly inspiring.”
ESA’s Open Day in the Netherlands takes place on Sunday 8 October .

Today’s session focused on a compatibility test between the Nikon AF-S TC-14E III Teleconverter and the NIKKOR 500mm PF, paired with the Nikon Z8.
The test was carried out in both shaded and open light conditions, with particular attention to feather detail, contrast, and AF stability.
Conditions were challenging — temperatures slightly below average, but a sharp, face-cutting wind made it feel well below freezing.
All images were captured in natural light, under real field conditions.

PACIFIC OCEAN (April 26, 2021) An MH-60S Seahawk assigned to Air Test and Evaluation Squadron (HX) 21 takes off from Military Sealift Command hospital ship USNS Mercy’s (T-AH 19) flight deck. Mercy is underway off the coast of Southern California completing Dynamic Interface Testing, where the ship’s aviation facilities will be evaluated for compatibility with the V-22 Osprey and MH-60 Seahawk, and establish launch and recovery windows in adverse weather conditions. Mercy recently returned to its homeport in San Diego from a regular overhaul in Portland, Ore., where improvements were made to its flight deck to support multiple aircraft platforms. Mercy must be in a five-day-activation status in order to support missions over the horizon, and be ready, reliable and resilient to support mission commanders. When it comes down to scale modeling with Legos a lot has happened over the last years. Its more and more recognized as a true scale modelers medium, and I think that is great. About three years ago I decided to build more different things then only the trucks that I had built so far. I built Harley Davidsons, Hot rods, and started with trains.
After the two big 1:16 scaled American diesels, I thought it would be nice to have something dynamic for events: A true scale locomotive on actual Lego rail gauge. I opted for the Union Pacific Big Boy: (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Union_Pacific_Big_Boy).
There are already many models of this type of locomotive but I wanted one for myself as it has always appealed to me since I was a kid. I did some math calculating back from the Lego track gauge, coming to a 1:38 scale.
Building such a big locomotive to run on Lego rail is a bit of a challenge. I had to deal with the following facts:
-The standard Lego curve is too tight for such a long locomotive. Therefor I choose the Radius 104 aftermarket rail.
-The wheels are not existing as such. In diameter 45 mm there is nothing available from the shelf. I worked together with Jaap Kroon to design and 3D print a set of custom wheels. To make it look more realistic I chose to add the valve gear as well. We designed the valve gear with Lego compatibility in the back of our heads. It should not become too fine compared to the bricks.
-Power. This thing is heavy. And it has a lot of batteries to add to the weight. The solution was three genuine Lego Power Functions XL engines directly geared to the axles of the tender. I chose the tender to push the locomotive as it was much more convenient to house the engines and batteries there. In order to get all the ‘juice’ to the engine I chose a regular RC Battery pack and the Tamiya connector was hooked up to a PF cable. To control it I mounted a SBrick, so there is no restriction of battery power in the whole system.
-Lights. I wanted to add some realistic lights as well. Initially I wanted a smoke generator but the proper 5V kit was not available anymore, so I dropped it (for now). Rob from Brickstuff.com supplied a very cool lightkit for the locomotive.
It includes a dimmer for the contour lights. All in all there is about 2 meters of wire in the locomotive. It took me about 2.5 months to finish.
