Momoko - Monster High - Pullip Type4 body
- The 1st thing is that Frankie can't have her feet down flat. O_o Otherwise she would be smaller than a Momoko.
- Her body is way smaller & thinner than the other two bodies, I think I will never complain again about the thinness of type4 body (or I'll do ^^°).
- She can't have her elbows inside as Momokos or Pullips type4. Her articulations are very similar of a Dal body in fact.
The pig's body is in between when it comes to size. She can wear both Lati and Pocket Fairy clothes but looks best in clothes that's made specially for pigs of course.
This a comparison of the Musa Magic Winx dolls by Mattel and Giochi Preziosi. Each doll has pros and cons. I like both faces on each doll but I prefer Mattel's face. The hair on Italian Musa has purple and blue streaks which I think is very cool, but has stiffish feeling hair. Mattel Musa has dark blue, blue, and blue tinsel hair, which is very soft and cool. Both outfits are pretty much the same but the Giochi Preziosi doll lacks her armbands. Mattel Musa is supposed to come with 2 but I lost her other one sadly. The shoes are the same too but Mattel Musa doesn't have dark red heels like from the show. Both dolls have red headphones that are actually purple in he show. The Mattel wings are better because they light up and are magnetic, the Giochi Preziosi wings are plastic with velcro. I love both dolls :)
Since I got my own scanner for film, I never bother doing scans at the labs, but I recently had a few rolls developed at Costco, where I always develop my negative films, and I asked them to scan the pictures because I didn't had time to do it.
When I checked the images on the screen, I thought the pictures weren't that good and I blamed the camera, so I decided to scan some of the same pictures my self to see what happens.
The pictures coming from my scanner, the Epson V600 were much better, the colors were more natural, the image sharper, and surprisingly with more details.
It's funny, because the V600 cost about $250 and the industrial Noritsu costs about $15,000. Noritsu and Fuji industrial scanners are the most common scanners in any photo lab.

Here I tested Phoenix 200 in a direct comparison with an established film. Both shots are completely un-postprocessed. These are the raw scans as I received them from the lab.
I used two cameras with light meters that I know to be reliable. To the left a Nikon F5 with Harman Phoenix 200, shot at the box value of ISO 200. To the right a Canon A-1 with Kodak Ektar 100. The location and lighting conditions are identical. The framing is not, but that should not matter.
Ektar 100 is not known to be a very forgiving film but it acquitted itself of its task quite well. The colours of the neon lights have been faithfully preserved and the exposure is good. Highlights are not blown out and the dark parts show as much detail as one can expect, with no colour hues. Conversely, in the Phoenix shot the highlights are blown out and at the same time the dark parts have lost most detail and acquired a greenish hue that just wasn't there. From most other Phoenix shots I've seen, including those on my first test roll, I'd assumed that Phoenix should be shot at a lower ISO rating than the box value. The dim background seems to bear that out. But I wonder: The highlights are already blown out - that would get worse with overexposure, as would the unpleasant halation that appears to be unavoidable with Phoenix.

I was really surprised by how light tawny is. I had scoured the internet looking for comparisons to bronze skin since I wanted jointed hands for Orrin, my Shoshon. I never really found a decent comparison, but some photos of tawny dolls looked almost like the bronze and others were very light. I know Soom's resin colors can vary greatly from batch to batch, but I thought they sent me a pair of normal skin hands when these arrived.
For PaybackAssassination's contest. I know a lot of people are going to say the paint is to thin, but that is to show the wear and tear. I mainly did this because I replayed reach and remember how emotional it is and I'm thinking of doing all of noble team. And yes, this is the armor I use in reach.

I'd heard that the new Fett was taller and this definitely seems to be true. I'm spotting lots of other minor differences as well which has me wondering if this is actually an entirely new sculpt which is just very closely based on the original? Or maybe there is a variation of the original figure I don't have and they based the new one off of that version?

There are a number of premium compact cameras on the market not much larger than a smart phone. This type of camera would be perfect for someone who wants to get better photos, but does not want to carry a mirrorless or DSLR camera.
Cleverly, Nottingham City Transport E400 City 433 had been parked alongside Nottingham Heritage Vehicles Leyland Atlantean 433 at Autokarna 2018. This provided the perfect opportunity to compare the two.

The Mattel Doll is the best looking in my opinion, even if he is slightly Ken-ish. His costume looks nice even if it has a playline look and doesn't have the colors of the film. However, it likes kinda cheap and crappy on other dolls.
The current 2014 DS Phillip is alright looking but he doesn't look like Phillip, even though he has a lot of his characteristics. He's kind of thick in the head (har har) and not as angular. His costume, while not perfect, is the best representation of how it looks in the film.
The older 2008 DS doll, is great for articulation, and like the current one, he looks alright and has a lot of Phillip's characteristics, but he just doesn't quite scream Phillip, I think maybe he's a bit to cartoony. His outfit isn't very well sewn, but his articulation makes up for it.
