My five favourite colours to draw with pastell chalks. I love the tone of these colours, even my favourite colour is turquoise.
And i love the crack area of chalks very much.
We had an art show at school of the works of some of our students as chosen by our very talented Art Teachers. So I got some photos of some that caught my eye!

It's this beautiful jetty that drew my attention, but it's the crossover colours portraying day and night made me stay to enjoy the twilight hours here...

Taken last year at the Galloway Forest, Orion rising exposed to show the colours of the stars the large looking star is actually Jupiter overexposed due to the shutter speed, the glow is from the Moon below the horizon the orange star almost in line with Jupiter near the right side of the picture is called Betelgeuse, this star is around 650 times the dia of our Sun if it was at the center of our solar system the orbit of Jupiter would be inside it.
Glorious autumnal colours taken at Stourhead. The famous Tulip tree was so vibrant that it almost appeared to be on fire.
