December 2020 saw the NTA,Dublin Bus and Bus Eireann unveil their first ADL Enviro 400ER electric deckers, part of the push towards a "Greener fleet".
100 vehicles are in the process of delivery, with 76 for Dublin Bus to enable conversion of Routes 4,122,123 & 140 to the type, while the remaining 24 will join Bus Eireann's Galway fleet.
Complete with dignataries at the Kings Inns!

I decided to dick around in toys-r-us the other day and look at some of lego's more recent stuff. I saw a firefighter set and decided to get it for this reason.
Like I said a while ago, a legit Cleaner figure is actually on my list of future figs. I'm probably going to use the one in the centre as a base model and mod it from there. Still got to figure out how to make the under-barrel shotgun rig though.
A3 60103 'Flying Scotsman' sits inside Didcot steam stead being cleaned after a days work on the railways.

There are currently six Swedish built Railvac machines working in the UK and they are not unidirectional so have to be delivered to work sites the correct way round. Occasionally they turn up at the Network Rail LDC's (Local Distribution Centres) the wrong way round. So before they can be marshalled into the engineers train they will be working with they need turning round. This is generally achieved with a local turning trip routing the train around a triangular layout near the yard, in this case the freight bypass lines south of Carlisle station.
Here Railvac machine BVES-6 (99006) is seen sandwiched between 66 044 and 66 164 working turning trip 6X22 19.30 Kingmoor Yard - Currock Jn (rev) - Carlisle London Road Yard (rev) - Kingmoor Yard, an 8 mile outing to achieve the correct direction of travel for the machine.
I don't know about arriving in London Road Yard with a vacuum cleaner I think it should have been the weed sprayer !

After looking around the downtown area of Albany, we started toward our hotel when my co-pilot spotted this abandoned neon sign for a defunct dry cleaners.
At the end of a beautiful day at the temple this guy has to clean out the incense from the shrines around the temple. With so many buring offereings, it's not an enviable job.
When I came out of the hairdresser yesterday I was met with such an amusing sight: two people sitting on office chairs, one woman, one man both with cellphones in their hands texting. In red the cleaner of the complex and in black another employee who quickly removed himself when my iphone came out.
Just felt like playing a little today
I know I haven't posted in a while. I have been really, really busy! I have really been focused on getting healthy and have been working really hard to lose weight. Since the beginning of September, I have lost 42 pounds! Yes, I am still buying dolls too, so I will have a lot of photos to post soon. I am still working on my doll room and I am also cleaning out my "inventory" and hope to post some dolls for sale soon!
